Casa Colinas is a comfortable and spacious 3 bedroom - 2 bathroom villa overlooks the private community and toddler pool, a very important requirement for those parents who wish to relax on the terrace and watch their children play in the pool.

Casa Colinas has been tastefully decorated with leather sofa´s to seat 6 and combined dining area which also seats 6 an essential requirment during your vacation.

The ground floor combines the living/dining area, separate kitchen, fully fitted bathroom with shower/bath, sink and toilet, 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 singles. There is air conditioning in the living area and fan units in both ground floor bedrooms.

The first floor contains the master bedroom with air conditioning, with bathroom en-suite and terrace area with seating for 6.

We were keen to make Casa Colinas as comfortable as possible. To this end we have provided a comfortable 3 piece suite, dining furniture and good quality beds and mattresses. Topped off with air conditioning and ceiling fans to the ground floor bedrooms ensures a comfortable and relaxing holiday all year round.

For those sports and soaps enthusiasts sky television is available to keep you up-to-date with all of the latest soap episodes, televised matches and daily news from ITV, BBC and Sky News.

Also feel at ease knowing that those essential items such as hair dryer, iron, ironing board, english/spanish power sockets are available in the Villa for your use as well as an electronic safe to store your valuables during your vacation.

Casa Colinas is located on La Marquesa golf course with its club house centre to the local amenities, close to the club house are many restaurants, bars, banks and Super Value supermarket well known for its many varieties of English Products at very competitive prices.

Casa Colinas has its own drive way and bagoda parking port within the garden area with the sun rising early morning overlooking the pool thus providing all day sunshine

Casa Colinas is ideally located to cater for all types of holiday including golfing weekends, family vacation or short stays to allow you to complete any property obligations that you may have.

There is a supermarket, bank, restaurants, bars and bakery close by. Guardamar del Segura Blue Flag Beach is only a short drive from the Villa as well as the seaside town of Torrevieja, Santa Pola and San Pedro.

You will be spoilt for choice if you love visiting the local town markets, we can boast at least one daily market every day within 20 minutes drive from Casa Colinas.

To help us make sure you really enjoy your stay at Casa Colinas, your hosts will introduce you to the area, its amendities, provide information of events and provide maps of the area and cities throughout the Alicante/Murcia Provinces.

There service includes assisting with any medical or legal situations that may arise during your holiday. A legal or medical Spanish translation service is available in the event of sickness or accident.

They offer a transport service to both Alicante and St Javier airports. They will also provide a local transport service if you all want to wine and dine and not worry about driving.

Other services provided including baby-sitting, Nursery equipment can be hired, and will be delivered and set up at cost price prior to your arrival.

Your hosts will contact you 2 days prior to your holiday to check your flights havnt changed and whether you have any special requirements at the villa when you arrive, for late arrivals you can choose your supermarket essentials and you will be presented with the supermarket receipt for payment on arrival.

They will meet you at the villa, or if you are unsure of the area they will meet you at an easy to find landmark and take you to the villa. They will give you a full explanation of the equipment and facilities in Casa Colinas and local amenities.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Casa Colinas is located in an area called the Vega Baja (Known as the vegetable garden of Europe). Within minutes of leaving the villa you can be sun bathing on Guardamar del Segura beach, driving through beautiful Spanish countryside, enjoying the nearby Spanish villages, in a bustling shopping area or enjoying one of the many amenities in the area. A little further and you can be in the beautiful town of Murcia or in Alicante a city with three thousand years of history. Among the attractions for nature lovers, there is the salt lake nature reserve at Torrevieja, 11 kilometers of beach at Guardamar del Segura, Queen Sofia Park and botanical gardens at Guardamar and the underwater nature reserve at Tabarca island.

Average annual rainfall is just 30 days with winter temperatures ranging from 12 to 19 C and summer temperatures ranging from 24 to 38 C.

The Quesada / La Marquesa Golf area

For Golfing enthusiasts, La Marquesa, La Finca golf courses are within 10 minutes drive from the Casa Maraed, with Las Ramblas, Dehesa de Campoamor and Villamartin courses 20 minutes drive.

For the adventurist, there is horse riding, quad bike racing and off road mountain biking at El Rancho at near by Los Montisinos and 15 minutes drive from the Casa Colinas isTorrevieja which boasts a 30 lane bowling alley, 6 screen cinema its own extensive Aqua Park and the Habaneras Shopping Mall offering a wide variation of shops including C & A´s, Zara and H & M but to name a few.

Our local Aqua Park is only minutes away from the Casa Colinas with the Torrevieja Aquapolis water park 10 minutes drive.

For the beach and sun lovers, Guardamar del Segura is an absolute must with its blue flag beach, Wednesday market and fun fair for the children from June until September.

Shoppers are spoilt for choice with Torreieja Habaneras Shopping Mall, Elche commercial centre and Murcia´s Nuevo Condomina which boasts, C & A´s, Pri-Mark, Mothercare and many more british shops.

Or just chill-out, lounge around the pool and soak up the sun.
