Fabulous, waterfront apartment situated a short walk along the Quayside from Newcastle's Millennium Bridge.

Mariners Wharf is just down the bank from the Hotel du Vin in historic Ouseburn, Newcastle's best kept secret area.

Attractions nearby are the Victoria Tunnel, the Seven Stories and the vibrant social life that comprises the Tyne Bar, the Cluny and the Free Trade inn with its beer garden which has been voted the best view in the city.

This two double bedroomed luxury ground floor apartment has a large spacious open plan living space with a modern black marble kitchen annex. This is a real home from home, and offers a practical alternative to hotels for families. The apartment is situated on a pedestrianised area of the quayside with a small open grassy area to the front of the property leading to the riverside.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

This apartment can be booked for short breaks of a minimum of three nights, and is in an extremely quiet residential block so although LGBT couples are welcomed, we regret that we cannot accept all male or all female parties under the age of 25, and all male or all female parties over the age of 25 are only accepted with our prior agreement and the provision of the name, addresses of all guests.

We do not accept stag or hen parties or other party groups no matter how well behaved you promise to be.

The apartment is only suitable for a maximum of four guests and under no circumstances shall any non residents be allowed on the premises.

Saturday nights are currently blocked out to prevent automatic weekend bookings so if you wish to book the apartment over a weekend, just send us a message.

A security deposit of £150 is required upon payment of the balance, which will be returned to you following your departure in line with our terms and conditions.
