Coast/Beach:
Just 2 mins walk from one of the most desirable beaches in the Algarve which is great for swimming. Enjoy fabulous views and easy access to the gorgeous blue flag beach. Take a leisurely stroll to Nikki beach or in to Vilamoura along the beach front and take in the sights at the marina.
There are plenty of shops to browse in and an equal number of places to stop for a cool drink! The beach (Falésia) at the western side of Vilamoura carries on all the way to Olhos de Água next door to Albufeira!
Quarteira / Fonte Santa area
Every Wednesday Quarteira has a big gypsy market that attracts visitors from all over the Algarve, so if you like to spot a bargain then this is for you!
Quarteira still boasts a local fishing community and the fishermen can be seen at work at the western end of the beach. The catches are sold at the nearby fish market early in the morning which you can walk to along the promenade.
There is also an excellent supermarket just across the road from the apartment with a fresh meat/cheese counter and fresh bread baked daily.
How to get there
You can get flights to Faro from a large number of European Airports. There are direct flights from Belfast, Cork, Dublin and Shannon to Faro (Algarve) and most of the budget airlines fly into Faro.
The average flying time for most flights is around 2 hours 30 mins.
Transfers can be arranged to and from the Airport by local Taxi service. The apartment is only 30 mins drive from Faro Airport. Private taxi transfers are available upon request.

Arrival and Departure Times The property will be available for occupation from 3.00 p.m local time on the agreed date. The hirer is responsible for vacating the property by 11.00 am on the morning of departure.

Conditions
Booking Notes:
A 40% non refundable booking deposit is required in order to secure the booking. Balance to be paid 4 weeks before arrival. If the reservation is made 30 days before the accommodation period commences, payment in full will be required.
A further standard deposit of 200 euros will also be required for breakage and other damage. This will be refunded in full after the apartment and inventory have been checked.
