Brand new Luxury Two bedroom apartment within 150 meters of a fabulous beach. Varandas de Carteia apartment is located in the new part of the town, just a few metres from the seafront promenade and the beach. The apartment have high quality finishing’s, very spacious, very light and airy inside, TV by cable, A/C in the lounge and bedrooms, good neiberhood, a garage and a pool. Good access to the new seafront promenade, to the garden and the playground. The promenade at the end of the road is only 2 minutes walk away. The promenade stretches the length of the beach in Quarteira and you can walk the beach to Vale do Lobo for lunch. There are traditional Portuguese restaurants along the beach and the promenade and numerous cafés, shops, post office, pharmacy etc.
Quarteira is conveniently located between Vilamoura (5 min) and Vale do Lobo ( 15min ) and Quinta do Lago (15 min). Which all have a full range of leisure facilities including golf courses, beaches, horse riding, and much more.

Hirer Responsibility. To treat the property and its contents responsibly, with care, and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the conclusion of the rental period. Any excessive cleaning will be charged for.

Maid Service can be provided at clients request.

Payments :
Initial Payment. Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of non-returnable deposit of 50% of the total cost to guarantee your reservation. If a reservation is made less than 30 days before the accommodation period commences, payment in full must accompany the reservation form.

Once the reservation has been confirmed the person completing the reservation form [hereinafter called ´The Hirer] is responsible for the payment of the due balance. This sum must be paid, in full.

Arrival & Departure Times.
The property will be available for occupation from 3.00pm local time on the agreed date and The Hirer is responsible for vacating the property promptly by 11.00am on the agreed departure date.
Amenities. The use of the accommodation and amenities, including the swimming pool is entirely at the users risk and no responsibility can be accepted by the Owner for any injury, loss or damage suffered by any individual, their property and effects.

Safety. Every care has been taken to ensure the safety of our guests, but guests should take out their own holiday insurance. The holidaymaker should ensure that all practical measures are taken to prevent injury to any party member. If there is an area of concern at the property please inform us immediately.

Party Size . Under no circumstances must the number of persons occupying the property exceed that which is agreed on the booking form.
Pets. Pets are not allowed.

No Smoking .

Please bring own Pool / beach towels.

Walk to Vale do Lobo or Vilamoura along the beachfront, lots of beach restaurants, or along the promenade to the centre of Quarteira. local water sports available.

Vilamoura has 5 Golf courses - 15 minute drive. Vila sol Golf Course 5 minute drive.

Amenities : All amentities are within walking distance a car is not necessary unless you want to visit the many interesting places on the Algarve. The apartment has a private car parking space allocated.
