Quarteira / Fonte Santa area
The extensive beach is 150 meters from the apartment and stretches for miles in both directions. Blue flag beach, clean and well maintained, safe for children.
Walk to Vale do Lobo or Vilamoura along the beachfront, lots of beach restaurants, or along the promenade to the centre of Quarteira. local water sports available.
Golf : Portugal Masters 16th to 19th October 2008 at Oceanico Victoria Golf Club. 15 Minute drive. Vilamoura has 5 Golf courses - 15 minute drive. Vila sol Golf Course 5 minute drive.
Amenities : All amentities are within walking distance a car is not necessary unless you want to visit the many interesting places on the Algarve. The apartment has a private car parking space allocated.
How to get there
From FARO international Airport to Apartment: Head in direction of the A22 / EN125. After approx. 3Km turn right, in direction of "Lisbon/ Portimão /Loulé" After second set of lights the road divides, take the road on the right to Almancil, and for approx.3.5 km you will see a sign indicating Almancil DON'T turn, Continue straight forward. (the cemetery). Continue on the EN125 for 4km until you reach a Big roundabout turn around towards the Quarteira Sign. Keep driving towards "Quarteira / Vilamoura" you´ll see Vila Sol Golf and Spa resort on your right hand side, keep driving, on the end of the road you will see a roundabout - go off on the 3rd exit - going down Av. CEUTA. At the end of the road you will find a new roundabout - turn left. Please follow road until you see a sign saying "FORTE NOVO". We are the New Yellow/ Grey building, on the road going towards the beach.

Maid Service Hirer Responsibility. To treat the property and its contents responsibly, with care, and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the conclusion of the rental period. Any excessive cleaning will be charged for.
Normal Maid Service: Once weekly clean, consisting of changing of towels & quick clean. Included in price.
Payments : Initial Payment. Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of non-returnable deposit of 50% of the total cost to guarantee your reservation. If a reservation is made less than 30 days before the accommodation period commences, payment in full must accompany the reservation form.
Balance of Payment. * Total cost will include refundable breakage deposit of 200.00€.
Once the reservation has been confirmed the person completing the reservation form [hereinafter called ´The Hirer] is responsible for the payment of the due balance. This sum must be paid, in full, (Which will include any extra services required) not less than 30 days before the commencement of the reservation period. Failure to comply with this condition renders the reservation void and the non-returnable deposit is forfeited.
Arrival & Departure Times. The property will be available for occupation from 3.00pm local time on the agreed date and The Hirer is responsible for vacating the property promptly by 11.00am on the agreed departure date. Amenities. The use of the accommodation and amenities, including the swimming pool is entirely at the users risk and no responsibility can be accepted by the Owner for any injury, loss or damage suffered by any individual, their property and effects.
Safety. Every care has been taken to ensure the safety of our guests, but guests should take out their own holiday insurance. The hollidaymaker should ensure that all practical measures are taken to prevent injury to any party member. If there is an area of concern at the property please inform us immediately.
Party Size. Under no circumstances must the number of persons occupying the property exceed that which is agreed on the booking form. Occupancy over the maximum party size, at any time during the rental period, will be charged at 100 Euros per day.
Pets. Pets are not allowed.
No Smoking .
Please bring own Pool / beach towels.
