Electric gates open onto a large courtyard with parking for 5 cars or more.

Large covered and un-covered terrace areas with table and seating for 18 guests, 2 BBQ areas and various seating areas ore located around the grounds of the villa.
Large 15x8 private pool with shallow end.

The guest cottage is available for a supplement of £200 per week.
Not every room has air-conditioning and the ones that do not have a large ceiling fan and these are cool rules. 20% deposit required upon booking

The villa is perfectly located only 800 metres from the beach. Also within 5 minutes walk of the villa is 2 great local restaurants serving great food a great prices. Querteria and it lovely beach, shops and famous promenade is only a 5 minute drive away. Vilamoura is also only 10 minutes drive away.
Vale Do Lobo and Quinta Do Lago is also only a 10 minute drive away.
The local water park Aquashow is only a few minutes by car away.
