About the home

Beautifully furnished 1 bedroom ground floor, duplex apartment, with large patio and small garden area, with additional balcony on the first floor. Situated in a new private gated complex in the traditional village of Pyla, on the outskirts of Larnaca. Ideal for small families, or couples wanting a relaxing holiday.

An awarding winning Pyla beach is 3kms, with many bars, restaurants and shops along the Dhekelia Road, although you will find all amenities within the village itself.

- The lounge includes a TV with satellite channels and DVD player and a small selection of DVDs, a PS2 with some games, 3 & 2 seater sofas one of which is a double sofa bed.
- The double bedroom on the first floor features 2 single beds and large fitted wardrobes, a safe, en suite shower room, and a small balcony. Bedlinen and towels are provided.
- There is also travel cot and high chair/booster seat for anyone with small children
- There is also some swimming floats, tennis rackets and tennis balls.

The Larnaca region

The coastal town of Larnaca has many things to offer including, shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, marina, and a beautiful beach & promenade lined with palm trees.

Larnaca as well as other districts are easily accessible by motorway, or coastal road for a more scenic route, for those wanting a slower pace with many beaches to stop at along the way.

Cyprus has an excellent year round climate and so for those who like to travel during the winter months, have the opportunity to go skiing in the Trudos mountains, which are only 45 mins from Larnaca.

The Pyla area

Pyla Village is a traditional village, ideal for those wanting a more quiet holiday, a short walk from the apartments you will find friendly family run restaurants, bars and shops.

On Dhekelia Road, which is a few minutes drive away from the village, you will find shops bars and restaurants to suit everyone's taste, an award winning beach that also offers water sports, ten pin bowling and golf course a short drive away.

Ayia Napa is 20 minute drive, where you can book mini cruises to Famagusta or take a trip on the Yellow Submarine, these can be booked at Ayia Napa Marina or why not visit Waterworld.
