There is a Plasma T.V with BSB channels and DVD player. Air Conditioning in all rooms and much more.* The property is situated in a very picturesque part of Pyla only five minutes from Pyla village and the beach. * It is a stunning and well furnished villa. * The private pool area has sun loungers and table/chairs/umbrella. * The interior of the villa has an open plan living/dining area with a corner leather/cloth suite seating 6 persons. There is a large table and chairs for indoor eating. * The kitchen is fully fitted and includes a washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave etc. * There are three bedrooms; two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and one twin bedroom with two single beds. * There is also a separate bathroom. * There is a large balcony from the double bedroom overlooking the pool area and a balcony looking out onto the front of the villa.

The Larnaca District

The climate in Cyprus is nice all year round. There is so much to see and do. The Troodos Mountains are perfect to visit if the weather is too hot on the beach. Jet ski-ing, scuba-diving, golfing, go-carting at Larnaca Marina.

You can visit the baths of Aphrodite popular for honeymooners in Paphos.
Take a trip to Ayia Napa to visit Europe's largest waterpark "Waterworld" with 21 thrilling rides and attractions.

Pyla area

On Dekelia Road (a short walk away) there are many local places to eat. I recommend Campanellas - a Steak House; Masalas - a superb Indian restaurant; Lili Wong - a Chinese restaurant; Lambros - a Fish/Chip Shop. A visit to the Pyla Tavern has Greek music/dancing. There is also KFC and Pizza Hut for the children.
At Larnaca Marina there is the Fish Tavern with a large selection of local dishes.
I also recommend 5-hour cruise which can be booked from Larnaca Marina.

How to get there

I recommend two airlines - Monarch Airlines and Cyprus Airways. In May 2009 Jet 2.com will be going to Larnaca. I have two of my own Diahatsu Terios Automatic Cars - if these are unavailable Hertz is located at Larnaca Airport for Car Hire which can be found on the Internet.

All of the properties are in a lovely location in Pyla only a fifteen minute drive from Larnaca Airport. The Apartments, Penthouses and Villas are only minutes away from the nearby bars and the sea front. You can also relax around the luxury pools at your Apartments or Villa where you can enjoy the peace and quiet. If you want to go for a meal or drinks then a selection of restaurants are not far away from your accommodation.

All the bedrooms have built in wardrobes. There are patio doors leading out to the pool area. In the living/dining area there is an Oak table with six leather chairs. There is a balcony at the rear of the property over-looking the pool.
