The Larnaca District

The city of Larnaca offers everything a large cosmopolitan city should offer great cafes, bars, restaurants and night-life. Getting to Larnaca is no problem as it has the largest airport in Cyprus and most UK airports fly to Larnaca
there is a re-developed palm tree lined promenade leading to a lovely harbour perfect for an evening stroll.

Larnaca has two main beaches: McKkenzie which offers a large choice of restaurants famous their Cyprus cuisine and excellent seafood and Dhekelia beach which runs for miles. The local beach at Pyla is even closer being only a couple of minutes drive from the apartment, all of the beaches are gently shelving making them very safe.

Being based at Pyla village is ideal for what ever you fancy doing on your holidays

The beaches of Pyla and the Dhekelia road being less than 5 mins away.
The restaurants on the Dhekelia road the same distance and offering you an excellent choice.
The night-life of Ayia Napa, the Troodos mountains and water park all less than an hour away.

Easyjet airlines now offer a budget service from Gatwick airport,other operators including Thomson and BA, fly from other major airports at different times of the year.

Larnaca airport is about 15mins from the apartment and a car is advisable to get around the local area.

Driving in Cyprus is straight forward as they also drive on left-hand side and the signs are in English.
