Patio doors from the lounge lead out to a large balcony which is furnished with a bistro table and chairs for al fresco dining; here you can appreciate the views of the freeform swimming pool and surrounding countryside.
The complex is accessed through electric gates making it secure for families and there are beautifully landscaped gardens with a wonderful freeform swimming pool and tennis courts in the centre. The centre of this very traditional village is just a few minutes walk and there is a good selection of shops and restaurants and an award winning local beach.

The Larnaca District
With an all year round Mediterranean climate Cyprus is very popular with visitors from the UK, Germany and Scandinavia looking for a cosmopolitan holiday destination. The Larnaca region is famous for its sandy beaches and stunning coastline.

Pyla area
Pyla is a charming, village located on the outer edge of Larnaca, making it a good location for easy access to a good choice of things to do and see. Larnaca airport is just a 15 minute transfer. The village is very traditional in look and feel with winding streets and traditional stone houses and has a very pretty old stone church at the centre. It offers guests a peaceful laid back holiday resort with a good selection of village amenities including shops and traditional tavernas but it is also close enough if you want to visit the busier livelier locations of central Larnaca and Ayia Napa.
The historical city of Larnaca is just 10 km to the centre and with its very popular cosmopolitan promenade offers a good choice of international restaurants, bars, marina, and shops. For those seeking an active holiday there are Water theme parks in Ayia Napa, Limmassol and Paphos or you can enjoy snorkelling in the crystal clear waters of the protected area of Cape Greko or if you are more adventurous Cyprus is well known for its wreck diving sites. Kiti is situated about an hour from everything, great scenery, good walking, and mountain biking and water sports. Large supermarkets are located in Larnaca City.
The beautiful and award winning Pyla beach is 3km away with a variety of water sports available. There is also the beach at Larnaca front and the very popular Mckenzie beach (Larnaca) - a short drive away. Mckenzie beach is situated 100m from Larnaca airport and watching the planes landing is a real experience. If you do have a car, there are a large number of beaches and coves waiting to be explored in the surrounding areas all within 15 minutes drive.
