It is conveniently located within easy access of Larnaca International Airport and just 10km from the main town of Larnaca.
The village of Pyla, is a 5 minute drive away, where guests can take advantage of all that the large town has to offer. Blue Flag sandy beaches with crystal clear blue waters, commercial port, plus a wide variety of leisure activities such as diving, fishing, and water sports. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the area, all of which incorporate the friendly and relaxed atmosphere which is typical in this popular holiday area.

The Larnaca District
The nearby town of Larnaca provides excellent shopping with both high street stores and smaller, traditional Cypriot shops. There are many archaeological sites, museums and art galleries in the town. Families are fully catered for, with watersports, diving, horse riding, bowling, a camel park and a waterpark (approx 30km) among many other things to do. Pyla is ideally situated near the motorway network for exploring the whole island.
Situated on the south east coast of the island, Larnaca has a population of approximately 70,000 people. The graceful row of majestic palms lining Larnaca’s seafront is a reminder of the 17th century, when Larnaca was the diplomatic and trading capital of Cyprus. But Larnaca sits on foundations of great antiquity. It was once an important city-kingdom known as Kition, allegedly founded by Noah’s son Khittim.
Nowadays Larnaca is a thriving modern seaside town with many shops and restaurants, several museums, a large harbour, and a cosmopolitan yacht marina. The island’s main international airport is situated in Larnaca.
Pyla area
The old village of Pyla still retains a traditional friendly Cypriot atmosphere. Here you will find both Greek Cypriots and Turkish Cypriots enjoying life in the same village. There are various shops and numerous tavernas and bars selling authentic greek, turkish and international food along with live music and dancing all at competitive prices. Close by there is an amusement park with go karts and horse riding. The local blue flag beach is about 5 minutes drive away with water sports and plenty of bars and restaurants.
How to get there
I have always found Monarch.co.uk, to be the cheapest flights but it obviously depends where you would be flying from. British Airways are also a good choice but usually more expensive.

Conditions
A £100 refundable security payment required at booking and returned to you on a satisfactory inspection of the apartment on your departure. 25% of the accommodation price payable on booking and the remaining 75% 8 weeks before departure. Cancellation refunds: more than 8 weeks in advance of your stay, a full refund will be made less the rental deposit. Within 8 weeks, the owner reserves the right to retain the balance of the rental should it not be possible to re-let.
