This brand new 3 bedroom villa is situated in the picturesque village of Pyla, in the Larnaca District of Cyprus. It is approximately 2km from the sea, 10km to Larnaca town and within 20 minutes drive of Larnaca Airport. The villa is within easy access of all amenties and many excellent restaurants to cater for all tastes.
The house itself has been furnished to a very high standard with a large swimming pool. The patio area over looks the swimming pool, where you can sit and relax in the warm summer breeze and dine al fresco. With 2 double rooms and 1 twin room this villa is suitable for families and groups.

The Larnaca District
The quiet, picturesque and tranquil village of Pyla is situated in the Larnaca District of Cyprus. Pyla is near to all amenities and there is easy access to the main traffic routes. Traditional Cypriot village life and values can be found within the village of Pyla. Larnaca town is just 10km away and here the sea front promenade hosts a wide variety of restaurants, tevernas, cafeterias and bars catering for varied tastes. Larnaca's archaeological sites and it's 6 museums are in the cente of town. With 300 days a year of sunshine, Cyprus is the perfect place for everyone to relax and with so much too do, you will never tire of returning back to this island.
Pyla area
There are many good quality restaurants nearby, including traditional Cypriot tavernas, French, Chinese, Indian, Japanese, Fish, Mexican and Steak restaurants. There is a folder in the villa recommending the best restaurants to try. There are also bars, discos and nightclubs. Watersports and buggy hire are readily available. Children and adults alike will enjoy the nearby water park, the largest themed water park in Europe. There are also playgrounds near the villa for children, including one situated on the beach just 2km away. The harbour is just 10km away and with the nearest golf course and Ayia Napa both only a 20 minute drive away you are never far from where you want to be or from discovering something new. The area is also suitable for walks and cycling.
How to get there
You can book low cost flights through Monarch Airlines, who fly directly into Larnca airport almost every day. Many other operators also fly from all major UK airports, including Cyprus Airways. There are also many competitive car rental companies at Larnaca airport, two of which are Sixt and Europa.

Further details indoors: The lounge has 2 settees, one of which converts into a double sofa bed, 32” LCD TV, DVD, docking station for I Pods and a satellite system with over 450 channels, including many English, film and children’s channels. The dining table comes with 8 chairs and there is an air conditioning unit in the lounge. The kitchen is fitted with all of the appliances you many need during your stay and finished off with sparkling black granite work tops. Two of the rooms over look the swimming pool with mountain views and the other bedroom has sea views and open spaces. A solid marble staircase leads you up to the 3 bedrooms, which are all fitted with air conditioning units.
Further details outdoors: The patio area over looks the swimming pool, underneath a pergola and is furnished with a wooden patio table and 8 chairs. There are both tiled and grass areas around the swimming pool and there are also sun loungers and a barbeque. With only 4 villas in the complex, you are more than likely to have the pool to yourself!
