Home description

This brand new, luxury first floor apartment has one double and one twin bedroom with a sofa bed in the lounge, making it ideal for couples or families. Patio doors open onto a south facing balcony with table and chairs and a sea view.
There is a shared pool with a shallow end which is ideal for children.

Pyla Palms is situated on the edge of Pyla village - 10 minutes from the village square where you will find a selection of bars and tavernas and well-stocked supermarkets.
Just a 5 minute drive will take you to Pyla beach and, within 20 minutes drive time, you can enjoy a choice of other safe, sandy beaches, some secluded, others with an array of different water sports.

A large and comprehensive choice of international cuisine is available, both on the seafront and in Larnaca, which is 15 minutes drive from Pyla. This cosmopolitan town boasts a fine, tree-lined promenade, a safe sandy beach, a wide selection of shops, restaurants and bars and a quaint old quarter.

The Larnaca District

Relax and watch the world go by in one of Larnaca's sea-front bars or stroll around the narrow streets of the old quarter with its artists' and potters' studios. There are museums to visit, concerts during the summer Music Festival or, just out of town, the stunning salt lake with its pink flamingoes and the Hala Sultan Tekke mosque.
For something completely different you may wish to visit the tranquil wine villages of the Troodos foothills.
In the winter season why not ski in the high Troodos?
There truly is something for all tastes.


Pyla area

In Pyla you are situated between the relaxed but vibrant town of Larnaca to the west and the lively buzz of Ayia Napa, with its night-life and sandy beaches, 25 minutes drive to the east. Although only 5 minutes drive from the lively sea front with its bars and restaurants Pyla retains a quiet, relaxed atmosphere.

There is everything in these few miles of coastline to appeal to holidaymakers of all ages.
The water park near Ayia Napa is great for the children and, all along the coast, you can enjoy a variety of water sports or scuba dive to the sunken wreck near Larnaca. Why not hire a bicycle or just walk around the cliff-tops beyond Ayia Napa for spectacular views of sea caves. Away from the beach you can go bowling, go-karting, quad-biking or enjoy a round or two of golf.

Just 10 minutes drive north of Pyla is Pergamos, which is one of the few vehicle crossing points on the island to take you to the Turkish North. All you require is your passport and a small additional insurance fee. Here you can experience Famagusta, Salamis, Kyrenia and Nicosia.; all totally different, all fascinating and with a friendly welcome from the Turkish Cypriot people.

Outside the complex has landscaped gardens and a well appointed communal pool with sun-beds and parasols. Tennis courts are available in Pyla 1, a short distance away.

Disabled toilets are situated nearby and at the poolside.

Though run on a first come first serve basis there is ample parking for all.

Change over day is flexible.

Arrival from 4pm and departure by 10am although these times can be flexible if surrounding bookings allow.


Conditions

Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total accommodation cost is required to secure the booking - confirmation by post or email.

Balance:
To be paid 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the rental period.
Bookings made within 8 weeks of the rental period will require full cost to be paid at the time of booking - receipt by post or email.
Non-payment of this final balance 8 weeks before rental period will be classed as cancellation and cancellation charges below will apply.

Security Deposit:
An additional deposit of £100 will be required to cover any damage or breakages. This will be refunded within 2 weeks of you completing your holiday , less the cost of any damages, breakages or loss of goods, excepting normal wear and tear.
The apartment will be inspected upon your departure by our local representative.

Cancellation:
In the event of cancellation 8 weeks prior to rental period the 25% deposit is retained.
For cancellations 15-28 days prior to rental period 75% of total cost is retained.
For cancellations 1-14 days prior to rental period 90% of total cost is retained.
For cancellations on arrival date or later the total cost is retained.
