About the home

The superb outdoor spaces of the 2 bedroom penthouses are what make these apartments stand out from others. Extremely large, private terraces offer outdoor dining and sun loungers with the added bonus of great views.

The apartments are high quality with everything you need for a self catering holiday. The lounge offers a comfortable place to relax and the fully fitted kitchen has oven and hob, full size fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle plus indoor dining. The master bedroom has a double bed with floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes whilst the second bedroom has twin beds with further wardrobe space. The bathroom has a shower over the bath.


Only a 20 minute drive from Larnaca Airport, Pyla Palms is a charming, tranquil complex with just 89 apartments, mostly overlooking the countryside. the pretty pool area offers sunbathing with views down to the sea. There is a handy mini market and cafe on the corner; the traditional village of Pyla is about a 10 minute walk. Here there are a couple of small tavernas and bars plus grocery stores. The village square and churches are well worth exploring

Pyla Palms is 3kms from the Dhekelia Rd and the sandy Blue Flag Larnaca Tourist Beach. The Dhekelia Road has many restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and budgets. The cosmopolitan town of Larnaca with its many beaches, restaurants and shops is only 14km or 15 minutes by car.

Suitable for couples and families wanting quality accommodation away from the hustle and bustle of the main resorts, this is an excellent location for exploring the rest of the island.

The Larnaca region

Larnaca has something for everyone - beautiful beaches, including the famous Phinikoudes Beach, a marina, delightful promenades lined with palm trees and an array of cafes, bars and restaurants over looking the sparkling Mediterranean sea.
There is also a good range of shops both Cypriot and British (Marks & Spencer, Debenhams) as well as an excellent choice of traditional and international restaurants.
The excellent road connections put Larnaca within easy reach of other resorts including Ayia Napa, Protaras and Limassol.

The Pyla area

Larnaca is a town with an easy-going pace and has strong links to the past.

In the heart of modern Larnaca one finds the remains of the ancient city - Kingdom of Kition. The Fort and the old quarters give the town its unique character. The nearby salt lake is a favourite stop over for thousands of migrating birds in winter such as flamingo's.

Every summer Larnaca hosts a festival of music and performing arts. Outdoor concerts take place in the courtyard of the medieval fort.

Local activities include many watersports and a fantastic centre for diving.

£200 refundable security deposit taken with final balance and returned within 2 weeks of your arrival hom on receipt of a satisfactory back out report.
