Stunning new large family apartment (sleeps 6), set in a private luxury security gated complex with palm-tree shaded pool. Fully air-conditioned/heated 1 bedroom luxury ground floor apartment with patio and garden. Wheel-chair friendly. The village of Pyla is a 5 minute stroll away where you can enjoy exploring traditional bars, restaurants and shops. For sun worshippers the award winning Pyla Beach is 2km away. The bustling sea-port of Larnaca with its beautiful marina is 10 minutes away by car, while those interested in history will be captivated by the island's numerous archaeological sites.
The large living area is furnished with 3 leather sofas, 2 of which are double sofabeds. Both dining and patio areas cater for 6. TV comes with satellite channels and DVD player. Superbly fitted kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. Double bedroom with plenty of wardrobe storage. Travel cot, highchair and safe for valuables provided free of charge. Allocated, covered parking space by apartment.

The Larnaca District

Lap up the relaxed lifestyle of Larnaca, the vibrant buzzing city of Eastern Cyprus. Excellent shopping and attractive local beaches. Outdoor concerts take place in the courtyard of the medieval fort as part of Larnaca's Summer Festival of Music. Visit the marina and beautiful promenade lined with palm trees, good restaurants, bars and cafes. The nearby salt lake is a favourite stop-over for thousands of migrating birds including flamingoes.

With year round sunshine and the warm blue waters of the Mediterranean, Cyprus has something for all generations: water-parks, water sports, go-karting, cycling, bowling, golf, skiing, night-clubs and visits to historical sites such as the ancient City of Kourion. For the ramblers the E4 cross-country route provides a sample of the cultural variety that is Cyprus.


Pyla area

The village of Pyla (a five minute stroll from the apartment) is the only place in Cyprus where Greek and Turkish Cypriots still live together in harmony. This peaceful co-existence is typified in the village square with Turkish and Greek coffee shops and restaurants. Just a short drive to the north of Pyla is the border to Northern Cyprus -accessible if you have your passport - a fascinating day trip.

Bed linen is provided as are hand and bath towels. On arrival the apartment will have been cleaned, bed made up with fresh linen and bath towels left for you. 'Z' bed, travel cot and highchair free of charge. Full size cot available.

Patio (7.75m2) with table and chairs for 6 adjacent to garden (16m2). The complex has landscaped gardens, beautiful communal swimming pool with loungers and parasols. Tennis court available at neighbouring resort. The resort is perfectly positioned for exploring the island. Water sports and bowling are nearby. In winter why not spend the morning skiing in the Troodos Mountains and the afternoon sunbathing on one of the island's many superb beaches.

Changeover day flexible. Arrival is from 4pm and departure by 10am. We can be flexible on these times should the apartment not be in use immediately prior to or following your stay.
Please bring your own pool towels and cot bedding.
This is a no smoking apartment, although smoking is permitted within the grounds of the complex.
Sorry, no pets allowed.
Disabled toilet nearby and at poolside.


Conditions

Deposit - £50 payable on booking and the remaining balance eight weeks before arrival. A £100 refundable security payment is required three weeks before your rental period starts and will be returned to you on a satisfactory inspection of the apartment by our local agent, on your departure.

NO supplements for school holidays or Christmas.
Longer term rentals available
November to March - 3 weeks for the price of 2.

Key holding service, 24 hour local contact to deal with any problems for holidaying guests (for your peace of mind) and a maintenance rep on site Monday - Friday who will tend the gardens and communal facilities.
