The fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops has plenty of space, with an easterly view over nearby fields and hills. Breakfast table/stools.
Door to passage with family bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Ample wardrobes in both.
Master bedroom has double aspect with views to east and south to coast. Kingsize bed, dressing table and quality linen. Ensuite shower & wc. Door to covered terrace.
Bedroom two has twin beds and full length mirror.
Lovely family bathroom has over bath shower, linen cupboard and spacious vanity unit.
The huge roof terrace is accessed via a spiral staircase from the covered terrace. A complete panoramic view greets you to coast and hills over nearby fields. This private gated terrace boasts a deluxe lounge suite under a shaded pergola, sunloungers and a dining table and chairs. A BBQ area with worktops, sink (hot/cold,) power point and a charcoal BBQ. An often welcomed corner shower unit is fitted with hot/cold supply.
Evenings are enhanced with romantic lighting.

We have provided in the apartment many little extras such as: paperbacks, DVDs, CDs, playing cards, games, local information file. FREE Wifi. In the kitchen you will find many extra gadgets etc.
The bedrooms, adequately furnished, are supplied with top quality linen, pillows, duvets and blankets for 6 people.
For the beach mats, toys, chairs and towels are provided. Remember this is our holiday home too.

Select your "meet and greet service", either at the airport (local charge) or at the complex (included). Our local agent will familiarise you with the apartment and hand over the keys. He is on call throughout your stay.

The Larnaca region
Larnaca district is the drier south eastern region of Cyprus. An eastern Mediterranean climate where the sun shines nearly every day and the sea is warm all year round. All parts of Cyprus are easily accessible by the simple motorway network that links all major Cypriot towns and cities. Consequently exploring all that Cyprus has to offer is relatively easy. Alternatively it is easy to just do nothing! Cyprus can be simple relaxation.
Motorway (toll free) access is less than 1 km away from Blue Serenity, the airport is less than 20 mins away. A perfect location.

Car hire is advisable.
Pyla village and beyond then become easily accessible. The village has a population of both Greek and Turkish Cypriots living in harmony close to the de-militarised zone. Quite naturally there are bars, restaurants, shops etc to support this relatively small community.
Between Blue Serenity and the coast, runs the Dekeleia road; your direct route into Larnaca. Along this road is a multitude of restaurants, bars, shops, banks, ATMs, mini-markets etc. You will find recommendations in our Welcome Book in the apartment. Long beach walks here are to be commended.
Nearby Oroklini village is larger and busier.

City shopping in Larnaca (15mins away) or Nicosia (45mins away)
Scuba diving ( one of the best ship wrecks in the Mediterranean)
Sailing, paragliding, water skiing, etc

Cycling (Hire on the Dekeleia Road)
Riding (including camels)
Archaeology ( excavations, mosaics, incredible sights!)

"Great Holiday at Palm Breeze, Pyla, Cyprus"
We stayed in the apartment for 2 weeks. We rented a car from Larnaca airport.The directions that we were given were very clear and accurate and we found the property without any problems. We had been told to phone the owners representative as we left the airport, which we did and he was waiting for us when we arrived at the apartment. He had stocked the fridge with some essentials for us. Bread, milk, orange juice, jam and butter etc, which was a very pleasant surprise.
The apartment was exceptionally well equipped, much better than you would expect for a standard holiday rental and had everything that you would need to live there, not just a 2 week stay. It was very clean in good condition.
We found the village of Pyla very small and lacking in facilities, but the neighbouring village if Oroklini, which is about 4 miles away is bigger and has more to offer.
The pool area was clean and well equipped, although the Jacuzzi was a bit grubby.
The roof terrace made the holiday for us, we used it extensively and thought it was great.
We would recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a quiet holiday in a secluded location.
A car is an essential though.

I really advice you to consider the rent of this apartment: the price is fair, in the house you can find almost anything you need ( I could have brought almost an empty baggage!),the owners are very kind and careful to any need...
The apartment is placed in a very quiet position but it is very near to the marvelous beaches of Ayia Napa and Protaras and to the cute city of Larnaca.
