This is a beautiful apartment ideal for couples and families.
The Pyla Gardens complex was only completed in 2010 and it looks fantastic - we may be biased but we think it's the best in Larnaca! Furthermore, the apartment itself has been finished in open plan style to a very high standard including Italian marble work surfaces and elegant, comfortable furniture.
The kitchen is roomy, well kitted out (including dishwasher) and easy to use for self-catering lovers. If you prefer to eat out, or just for a social evening, there are restaurants and tavernas easily within walking distance in Pyla village itself.
You can choose to relax by the pool on the provided sun-loungers, or use the tennis court if you're feeling energetic! The local beach is on the Dhekelia Road and takes 5 minutes to drive down to. There are over 15 miles of beach in Larnaca, so whether you want to quietly relax, play water sports or golf, go diving, lounge in the bars or shop on the promenade it's all there for you.
There's lots more around Larnaca from WaterWorld Waterpark (Europe's largest!) to Go Karting, ancient monuments to the beautiful marina and camel rides to natural attractions such as Salt Lake.
We can easily send you more information on the local area - just get in touch!

The Larnaka District
Larnaca is a versatile town with much to offer both to party lovers and to those looking to take in the atmosphere of local history and character.
As the cliché goes, the old and new meet here. The bustling centre offers modern shopping with names like Oasis and Miss Selfridge. The main promenade, lined with tall palm trees, is full of cafés and bars. Across the way, the Finikoudes beach is famous not only for its Blue Flag status of safety and cleanliness. It is also sought after for the vivacious vibe created by a multitude of seafront tavernas, restaurants, water activities, entertainment and pleasure boating.
Meanwhile, the old Turkish quarter is a maze of quiet streets, whitewashed houses and ceramic studios. Around the old market area can be found shops with the oldest crafts in Cyprus. The Ancient Kition nearby features temples that date back to 13th Century BC and also many tomb remains of gold, ivory and bronze. Other attractions are immediately accessible, such as the salt lake with its 80 species of migratory birds, including almost 10,000 flamingoes.
A short drive out of Larnaca will take you to the camel park at Mazotos, the Waterworld Waterpark or nearby Ayia Napa. The Troodos mountains are a little further afield, but easily attainable for visiting the local vineyards and orchards. The more adventurous can hike year-round or ski in the winter.
Pyla is a quiet, relaxing small village, full of character. Yet it is certainly not without facilities. There are restaurants and tavernas to suit all and also a few shops, all within walking distance of the complex.
The local people make a traditional yet warmly welcoming community. Pyla beach (Blue Flag awarded) is a mere 4 Km away. So that altogether it is an ideal location for those seeking a peaceful retreat, yet it affords the freedom of extensive exploration.
