A 2 bedroom fully air-conditioned luxurious apartment overlooking the pool with coastal and mountain views. Sleeps 6 comfortably, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, master bedroom with king size bed and En-suite with power shower and large cubicle. Living room includes 40" LCD TV, luxury seating area which leads out to veranda overlooking the pool with luxury patio furnishings. This apartment boasts a fantastic extremely large roof top terrace, with undercover area for when you want a break from the glorious sunshine. There is a BBQ area, sunloungers and patio furnishings. If you have children then they will never get bored as we have thought of everything for them, from Play station, Games, books, inflatables, swimming aids, buckets and spades, DVD's for everyone. You will not want for anything whilst staying at the apartment as we have catered for everyone. You will be absolutely amazed and will want to come back next year. It's also a relaxing holiday for couples and friends. There is a very large hot tub by the swimming pool which is undercover.

For young children there is a car seat, bed guard , travel cot, swimming aids, floats and buckets and spades.
Extra sun loungers are provided that belong only to the apartment.

From booking your apartment until your arrival – you never know what you will find until you get there. The feeling of getting your keys and just being left alone. Not knowing who to ask if something goes wrong, or if you need advice for anything.
As owners we know exactly how that feels, that’s why we offer a unique service. From the moment you make your booking, we are with you every step of the way. We give you all the information you need from the outset and are always there should you need to ask anything. Once you are at the apartment, our management services take over and they are there on hand should you require anything.
That’s why as owners we take great pride in the service that we offer and we always like to have feedback as this only improves the service we offer to you. Many of our guests come back and stay at the apartment as they feel it’s home from home and they enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. This is our aim and if you had a stress free holiday and are happy then we are happy too.

Pyla, which overlooks Larnaca bay, is conveniently only 5km from lively Larnaca which is known for its lovely beach, beautiful Marina and its picturesque seafront which features a row of tall palm trees. Cultural life in the town is rich and many events are organised by the town's municipality almost daily. You can have a stroll along the Marina or treat yourself to a wonderful boat ride, all offering something unique, whether it's a sunset cruise, fishing, glass bottom boat trip to the Zenobia shipwreck or a trip to Ayia Napa.
There is a shopping area close to the beach with a variety of shops including souvenirs, fashion, shoes jewellery, music and dining. For diving enthusiasts we also have good connections with a diving club in Larnaca where scuba divers will be in for a treat in the shape of the Zenobia, a passenger ferry which sank in 1983 and is now one of the world's top ten wreck's.

The Pyla area
The apartment is located in the traditional village of Pyla which is in Larnaca, a mountain side village which offers unique surroundings and coastal views of both beaches. The village itself has a selection of bars and restaurants. For livelier evenings, Larnaca town is busier with door to door bars and restaurants for all ages.
