House | 4 bedrooms | sleeps 7
Beautiful breachfront property situated on the best beach in Pwllheli - Southbeach.
With three double bedrooms and a further single together with family bathroom (containing separate bath and shower, WC and sink and an additional further shower room with WC) this house is perfect for lazy days on the beach with morning coffee, or lunch only a few steps off the beach.
A newly fitted kitchen / family / dining room provides plenty of space should you decide not to venture out for food at one of Pwllheli's plentiful eateries.
However, the main attraction of the property must be staggering sea views from the floor to ceiling patio doors that run along one entire wall of the lounge, as well as the views from the upper 2 bedrooms.
Being south facing the house enjoys sunshine all day and should you not wish to venture across the road to the beach you can sunbathe on the balcony suntrap accessed directly from the lounge.

"The perfect setting for a fantastic family holiday"
This was our first family holiday and our first visit to Wales and we loved every aspect of both the accommodation and the location.
The house itself is wonderfully maintained and includes many modern features. The highlight of the house for me was having the balcony doors open in the living room and just sitting taking in the spectacular views. The area was very peaceful and there is lovely walk into town through the nature reserve just behind the house, not to mention the beach outside the front door! You even have Snowden right out of the window in front of you when you are brushing your teeth in the morning.
We took our two children, aged 3 and 1, who both had a fantastic time. They were wll catered for with a highchair, travel cot and an abundance of modern and classic movies when we were not out enjoying the area.
There are so many things to see and do that are a short drive from the house. Our days out were all child orientated, highlights including a trip to Porthmadog to ride the steam trains, visiting the Sea Zoo in Angelsea, a walk around Criccieth to see the castle, bowling at nearby Glasfryn Parc and of course the Rabbit Farm. Pwellehi itself has a great town centre, an old world feel but with many recognisable shops. As well as a fantastic fish and chip shop (Allports).
Jo was fantastically helpful whenever we called with any questions about the property and we could not have asked for more from her.
Overall we had a great time and although it was cold the first couple of days when the sun came out for the rest of our trip I can honestly say I doubt there is a more beautiful part of the world.
We will definitely be booking again!

"Wow - Lovely House with a Lovely View"
This my second stay at this property and would say that the house is decorated to a modern and clean standard with lovely bathrooms and well equipped kitchen (if you don't fancy eating out every night). There is lovely views of the sea which is only a two minute walk from the house. Pwllheli has some lovely shops and restaurants and is a very friendly town. There is plenty to see and do in North Wales and I would recommend visiting Portmerion Village and also taking a trip on the old Victorian Ffestiniog Railway.

"Great house, great views, great amenities"
The house had everything we needed. It was clean, homely and relaxing with great views from the lounge which leads out onto a balcony overlooking the sea. The beach is just across the road and if you are really lucky on a warm day you can sometimes see the dolphins. The town of Pwllheli is within walking distance, which has everything you need from supermarkets, great fish and chip shops, gift shops etc. We also travelled further afield, as there are so many beautiful places to visit in Wales, my favourite is Beddgelert. I would recommend this house to anyone, as we had such a great time.

"Stay in style while exploring the wonders of Wales"
This property provided a fantastic place to stay for my family and I. It has been decorated and equiped to a very high standard and includes a beautiful view of the sea and beach. Local amenaties are very good with a good selection of shops and a nice golf course which is a nice challange even on a good day.
Lots of things to do for all the family whether it be visting Snowdon or going to the Rabbit Farm!
