Grounds Long wide slate floor balcony with garden furniture, large lawn. Rear garden secure for children but please care at the front where there is a 2ft drop by access door and the front garden is not completely enclosed.

Fuel Electric Dimplex heaters throughout, eco-friendly logs (stored in the bread oven) inclusive May to September, £25 p/w outside these dates.
