'Ty Hen' in English means 'Old House' but this is a large, spacious modern house within walking distance of the tiny  inlet of Porth Iago. Close to the tip of the Lleyn Peninsula and the Coastal Path, the house has lots of windows and patio doors with panoramic views of the surrounding coast, sea, fields and hillsides. On quiet, clear days Ireland can be glimpsed in the distance and the beam of the Holyhead lighthouse on the Isle of Anglesey illuminates the night sky.

Kitchen/Dining Room luxury, fully fitted kitchen with split level electric double oven and hob, integrated microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. Refectory table seating 11 and highchair.

Utility Room with washing machine and sink unit.

Lounge 2 large black leather sofas and 'L' shaped sofa seating 5, 1 x 3 seater sofa, 2 large black leather foot stools, large plasma wide screen tv/dvd. radio/cd. Patio doors to patio and garden.

Porch with 2 wooden chairs and settle, standard lamp.

Fuel oil central heating inclusive May - September, £40 per week outside these dates.

Grounds large fully enclosed garden with patio, lawns, garden furniture and barbecue.
