Newly renovated, this property is one of two semi-detached, large and spectacular North Wales accommodation. Situated in a beautiful, peaceful spot on the Llyn Peninsula, a designated area of outstanding natural beauty which is renowned for its stunning beaches and water sports and where you can also enjoy the magical sounds of the local Welsh dialect. Designed, furnished and equipped to the highest standard, the cottage offers a perfect base for large groups of friends or families who want to enjoy the very best of North Wales.

The cottage can also be joined with the cottage next door to accommodate up to 24 people under one roof.

Ground Floor

The open plan kitchen / living room has certainly got the waw factor and includes a top of the range character oak kitchen with granite worktops. Two large single ovens and large induction hob. Built in fridge, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a large dining table, comfortable leather sofas with exposed stone wall and log burner, and large flat screen TV and DVD player.

The high open beamed ceilings create an airy and very spacious feel to the living area. Tiled, heated floor and patio doors opening out from the room to the front patio breakfast area.

The conservatory serves as a lounge with fantastic views of Rhiw mountain. Tiled, heated floor and a 2nd TV. Door opening out to private garden at rear of cottage with outdoor furniture and gas BBQ.

Sauna - Infrared sauna cubicle with tiled floor in room.

Bedroom 1 (The Suite) – superking 4-poster bed and spa bath in corner of bedroom, opening out to a conservatory sitting area with TV. Ensuite showeroom. We recommend that you pull names out of a hat to decide who gets to sleep in this room before you arrive!

Bedroom 2 - Family bedroom with 1 king plus 1 full size bunk bed.

Bedroom 3 - Superking bed (this can also be made into 2 twin beds please request this option upon booking)

Bedroom 4 - Superking bed (this can also be made into 2 twin beds please request this option upon booking). En-suite level entry wet room.

Part of an exciting and exceptional new development, this property is one of two large barn conversions providing luxury North Wales accommodation for 10 and 14 guests. These can also be joined together to provide accommodation for up to 24 people under one joined roof. The cottages have been specially designed with the needs of large parties in mind - large rooms for gatherings plus smaller private areas when you need to get away.

We are all looking for "the feel good factor" these days and it's here in abundance. The North Wales region

This beautiful Llyn Peninsula cottage is situated down small country lanes between Bryncroes and Sarn Mellteyrn, just three quarters of a mile from Sarn – a lovely walk. Fantastic views, with circular walks possible along country lanes and pathways from the cottage.

The village of Sarn Mellteyrn offers pottery, tea rooms and two good pubs. There is a shop with post office, and a garage with shop that rents out DVDs in the village, as well as a small playing field which can be reached by a pleasant walk along the country lanes.

Abersoch, Aberdaron, Nefyn and all the beautiful sandy beaches of the peninsula are close at hand with the nearest beach being 3½ miles away. Walking, golf, sea fishing trips and plenty of water sport facilities are available here. The market town of Pwllheli, the resort of Criccieth and Porthmadog as well as numerous historic and scenic attractions such as the Snowdonia National Park, Ffestiniog Railway, castles and the Italian village of Portmeirion are all easily reached.

Central to all beaches on the Lleyn Peninsula. The nearest is Traeth Penllech, a long sandy beach that allows you to feel that you are away from it all. 3.5 miles

Walking

Lleyn Coastal Path – 84 miles around the Llyn Peninsula, from Caernarfon to Porthmadog. Join the path 3 miles from the cottage, in Penllech.

Yr Eifl (The Rivals) – Mountain range including the highest point on the Llyn Peninsula. 4.5 miles in length. 12 miles from cottage.

Horse-riding

Pen Llyn Stud & Riding Centre – Pwllheli. Stud farm and rides for any level of experience. 2.5 miles

Llanbedrog Riding Stables - Horse-riding lessons etc. Beach and hill rides. 6.5 miles

Cilan Riding Centre – Abersoch. Beach rides and more. Great for kids and novices. 9 miles

Watersports

Abersoch beach offers flat water for wakeboarding and waterskiing, sailing, power boating and windsurfing. 6.5 miles

Porth Neigwl (Hell's Mouth) is a very popular venue for surfers and body boarders. 9 miles

Golf

Abersoch Golf Club - 18 hole golf course, adjoining the beach. 6.5 miles

Nefyn and District Golf Club - 26 holes, offering two cliff top 18 hole courses set in spectacular coastal scenery. 7.5 miles

Lleyn Golf Centre – Pen-y-Berth. 15 bay driving range, practice green and bunker and 9 hole golf course with sea views. For beginners and advanced players - hire clubs available. 8 miles

"What a fantastic find, comfort, luxury, tranquility & great service."
