The open plan kitchen / living room has certainly got the waw factor and includes a top of the range character oak kitchen with granite worktops. Two large single ovens and large induction hob. Built in fridge, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a large dining table, comfortable leather sofas with exposed stone wall and log burner, and large flat screen TV.
The high open beamed ceilings create an airy and very spacious feel to the living area. Tiled, heated floor and patio doors opening out from the room to the front patio breakfast area.
The conservatory serves as a lounge with fantastic views of Rhiw mountain. Tiled, heated floor and a 2nd TV. Door opening out to private garden at rear of cottage with outdoor furniture and gas BBQ.
Sauna - Infrared sauna cubicle with tiled floor in room.
Bedroom 1 (The Suite) – superking 4-poster bed and spa bath in corner of bedroom, opening out to a conservatory sitting area with TV. Ensuite showeroom. We recommend that you pull names out of a hat to decide who gets to sleep in this room before you arrive!
Bedroom 2 - Family bedroom with 1 king plus 1 full size bunk bed.
Bedroom 3 - Optional superking bed or twin beds.
Bedroom 4 - Optional superking bed or twin beds. En-suite level entry wet room.
Bedroom 2 and 3 sharing bathroom with bath, steam-shower cubicle, basin, toilet and tiled floor.

Deri Llyn and the cottage next door also share a large communal playing field with climbing frame and football goals.

This beautiful Llyn Peninsula cottage is situated down small country lanes between Bryncroes and Sarn Mellteyrn, just three quarters of a mile from Sarn – a lovely walk. Fantastic views, with circular walks possible along country lanes and pathways from the cottage.
The village of Sarn Mellteyrn offers pottery, tea rooms and two good pubs. There is a shop with post office, and a garage with shop that rents out DVDs in the village, as well as a small playing field which can be reached by a pleasant walk along the country lanes.
Abersoch, Aberdaron, Nefyn and all the beautiful sandy beaches of the peninsula are close at hand with the nearest beach being 3½ miles away. Walking, golf, sea fishing trips and plenty of water sport facilities are available here. The market town of Pwllheli, the resort of Criccieth and Porthmadog as well as numerous historic and scenic attractions such as the Snowdonia National Park, Ffestiniog Railway, castles and the Italian village of Portmeirion are all easily reached.
Central to all beaches on the Llyn Peninsula. The nearest is Traeth Penllech, a long sandy beach that makes you really feel you are away from it all. 3.5 miles
Abersoch beach offers flat water for wakeboarding and waterskiing, sailing, power boating and windsurfing. 6.5 miles
Porth Neigwl (Hell’s Mouth) is a very popular venue for surfers and body boarders. 9 miles
Llyn Coastal Path – 84 miles around the Llyn Peninsula, from Caernarfon to Porthmadog. Join the path 3 miles from the cottage, in Penllech.
Yr Eifl (The Rivals) – Mountain range including the highest point on the Llyn Peninsula. 4.5 miles in length. 12 miles from cottage.
Abersoch Golf Club - 18 hole golf course, adjoining the beach. 6.5 miles
Nefyn and District Golf Club - 26 holes, offering two cliff top 18 hole courses set in spectacular coastal scenery. 7.5 miles
Llyn Golf Centre – Pen-y-Berth. 15 bay driving range, practice green and bunker and 9 hole golf course with sea views. For beginners and advanced players - hire clubs available. 8 miles
Pwllheli Golf Club - 18 hole golf course, suitable for golfers of all ages and abilities. 10 miles.
Pen Llyn Stud & Riding Centre – Pwllheli. Stud farm and rides for any level of experience. 2.5 miles
