About the home

If you are looking for either an active or quiet holiday - Lyndhurst Lodge is the ideal place to be. Situated in a quiet corner of Hafan-Y-Mor holiday park surrounding by trees with distant views of Snowdonia mountain range but also within a short easy walking distance to the on-site leisure facilities. This includes swimming, Go-karting, adventure golf, rope works, boating lake, fishing lake, pedal cars and bikes, shops, restaurants and show-bars.

Lyndhurst Lodge a spacious and comfortable 6 berth holiday home consisting of a large bathroom with an electric shower, open aspect living and dining area with recently renewed kitchen with built in cooker and hob. Double bedroom downstairs, two twin bedded rooms upstairs reached via a spiral staircase.

Upstairs there is an airing cupboard, very useful for drying those swimming costumes for the next day! Also a second television that can be used for playing DVDs.

Duvets and pillows are provided, however please bring all other bed linen, towels and tea towels.

There is a travel cot, attachable high-chair, TV with free-view, DVD player, hair-dryer, iron and ironing board in the property. Also in lodge are various games, books, DVD's and children's toys.

Out-side is a secure, gated verandah on which there are table and chairs and a BBQ for your ultimate relaxation.

Earliest arrival time is 2PM and departure time is 10.30AM.

Cleaning charges are not included therefore it is your responsibility to leave the lodge clean and tidy. The security refundable deposit will be affected in any instance of breakages or additional cleaning deemed necessary after your departure.

Keys will be forwarded by post and must be returned before security deposit is refunded.

The North Wales / Snowdonia/Gwynedd region

Beautiful area for exploring Snowdonia National Park either by foot, bike, car or train. Plenty of enchanting little beach coves all within a short distance around the Lleyn Peninsula. There are nearby castles to visit at Harlech, Criccieth and Caernarfon. Take a train ride from one of the various Great Little Trains of Wales stations.

The Pwllheli / Lleyn Peninsula area

Nearby Criccieth, known for its beauty, made up of everything from traditional tea-rooms to gourmet restaurants with a castle and two beaches, gift shops, a gorgeous ice-cream parlour and many more interesting things to do and see.

Pwllheli is a market town, with a large marina, full of seaside character with a weekly market on a Wednesday, a wonderful fish and chip shop, supermarket and again a choice of two beaches. Local pubs with home-cooking, Chinese restaurant. There is also a RSPB area if you are a keen bird-watcher.

From the North & North West At Chester, pick up the A55 and A5. Join A487 to Caernarfon, then A499 to Pwllheli. Then A497 to Porthmadog. The Park is on the right, approximately 3 miles out of Pwllheli.
From the Midlands & the South M54 to Telford, A5 past Oswestry and Llangollen. Take A494 to Bala. In Bala turn right for Porthmadog. Turn left at the roundabout in Porthmadog, signposted Criccieth and Pwllheli. The Park is on the left, 3 miles out of Criccieth.
