This recently renovated and newly furnished apartment is just perfect for couples or families wanting to relax in the beautiful Mediterranean sunshine . Fully Air-conditioned, with two bedrooms, one double and one en-suite twin. Bathroom/wc, excellent kitchen facilities and balcony views. Maintained to a very high standard, self catering couldn't be easier or more enjoyable.
Ideally situated within five minutes walk of most of the resorts facilities, the beach with it's soft white sands and clear blue water, sea front restaurants and shops, a bakery, sports facilities such as tennis and crazy golf, adult and children's pool areas. Punta Prima is just fifteen minutes drive from the capital city of Mahon. The Port in Mahon is lined with the most impresive and stunning array of boats and is well worth a visit. In addition, close by to Punta Prima are many other beautiful coves, beaches and towns. There is a road train that visits regulary thoughout the day and is a fun way of visiting the neighbouring towns or for the tan fans to do some beach hopping.

The Menorca region

Punta Prima, Menorca area
Punta Prima located in the south east corner of Menorca and just 15 minutes away from the airport is a small well laid out resort with a spacious open feel. You will find a good selection of bar / restaurants overlooking the beach along with two well stocked supermarkets selling everything you will need for day to day living, plus a couple of gift shops and car hire etc. Currency exchange is available in a number of outlets, including the supermarkets and recently an ATM cash point. Included in the line of shops you will find a Pharmacy and Doctors surgery.
Punta Prima has a very good and extremely attractive beach of fine white sand with plenty of space for everyone. Numerous bars / restaurants to suit all tastes front onto the beach serving everything from cool drinks and snacks to the full menu.
Coastal walks with stunning views.
Why not visit during August when you can experience any of the stunning festivals. It's the distinctive Menorcan horse that takes pride of place in these festivals, adept at bucking up and walking on it's back legs, with rider aboard and whooping crowds. A superb spectacle! It's also a chance to sample the traditional alcoholic drink Pomada. Nearby San Lluis hosts one of the best festivals on the Island.
How to get there
Most major airlines fly to Menorca throughout the season from almost any airport within the UK. It is a competitive market and is worth shopping around for the best deal. All airlines will fly you to the capital of Menorca which is Mahon.
Transfer to the apartment is easy by car or bus and takes approx 15 minutes/6 miles. At the airport there are numerous car hire companies, bus and taxi facilities. We can offer advise regarding car hire if necessary.

Please note parties of three or four are charged at the rental rate for four persons.
A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is required at the time of booking and the balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to departure.
In addition, upon payment of the balance a security deposit of £200 is required. This will be returned after the keys to Bell Vista are returned, the property has been inspected and no damages have been noted.
