The master bedroom suite in the west wing of the house overlooks both the waterway and the pool (sliders open directly on to the pool deck). It has its own en suite bathroom with bath, walk in shower, and dual wash basins.
The other three bedrooms share two bathrooms between them.
The open plan kitchen has a dining area, which lead on to the open plan lounge. Sliders open directly onto the pool area.

The South West Florida Gulf coast has it all; stunning beaches, sub-tropical islands, endless golfing and fishing and of course great weather.
Within easy reach is Busch Gardens, and Orlando for these seeking a little excitement
The Punta Gorda Isles area
Busch gardens is an hour away, Orlando a couple of hours.
Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte have small beaches a few minutes away, the stunning Gulf beaches are maybe 30 minutes.
Boat rental is available nearby, or boat tours of the harbour/gulf islands run daily from nearby Fishermans' Village.

This is a beautiful villa in a quiet, select residential area. The villa is well maintained, well furnished with a good sized lanai and a lovely pool. If you are looking for a quiet, restful holiday with good restaurants and local amenities look no further. |

Truly comfortable holiday home with everything catered for. Great location and things to do. Husband and son loved fishing off dock while pool area was great for swimming/sunbathing/bbq. No-one wanted to go home! |

We had a lovely holiday in August in the villa. It was really well kitted out from bbq to cool boxes -it had everything we needed and more. The pool was fantastic and our two young children spent many hours in it every day. There was lots to do in the area and we enjoyed all the local restaurants. A great holiday and definately one to recommend. |
