Built in 2007 has state of the art kitchen which is has granite counter tops and upscale appliance, two full baths and three bedrooms . All furnishing decorated in true floridian style . Lanai is located off living room and Master bedroom . Master Bedroom has oversized Queen mattress. Lanai is tiled and has calming waterfall to enjoy those beautiful palm trees. The condo is an end unit which is very light and bright from all areas of the home. Master bedroom has a TV and also access to balcony. Reading room at the opposite side of the home.
Fisherman's Village is about one mile away for shopping, cruises and restaurants. Music nightly in centre of village and dancing too!

The Florida / Florida Gulf Coast region
Punta Gorda has a small beach about one mile away. Boat rental is available to explore the gulf and the Charlotte harbor. North Port about 18 miles has the third richest mineral spring in the world and makes for a great day. Shopping is nearby and the downtown of Punta Gorda has an active calender for concerts, wine tasting, and art festivities. The area has an historic flavor and has much to see. Boca Grande, Gasparilla Island and Captiva are just a short ride away. Punta Gorda has Golf courses within walking distance and several within three mile area. There are harbour cruises everyday and nite out of Fisherman's village which is one mile away.

Further details outdoors: Gated community with HEATED pool and spa, biking trails nearby. Punta Gorda Isles is a quiet laid back town on the Charlotte Harbor with about 100 miles of water leading to the Gulf of Mexico. The whole area is plentifule with wildlife and it is not uncommon to see dolphins , giant rays and ospreys from Gilkrist Park and Ponce De Leon Park which is our private beach about one mile away and has incredible sunsets! Wonderful golf courses within 4 mile distance.
