Master Suite has double doors and silders that overlook the entire tip lot.
Great room is 24ft by 24ft with three full size sofa's with cathredral ceilings and opens to the kitchen and oversized lanai. The Great Room has a fireplace for those cozy cool evenings. In addition this villa has living room , reading room and plenty of room to roam about.
The guest rooms are on the opposite side of the home allowing the Master Suite total privacy,yet having everything on one floor for convenience. Tranquility Villa is located on a very large open basin canal so the occasional dolphin and manatee parade is not uncommon to see and you can enjoy watching the boats pass by while you are lazing in the pool. North Port about 18 miles has the third richest mineral spring in the world and makes for a great day. Shopping is nearby and the downtown of Punta Gorda has an active calender for concerts, wine tasting, and art festivities. The area has an historic flavor and has much to see. Boca Grande, Gasparilla Island and Capitava are just a short ride away. Thangsgiving and Christmas time are especially festive in Punta Gorda, all activities are geared toward the holidays.Several golf courses three miles away.
