The house was built in the year 2007 in a modern style 'minimalista' with good interior decor, a feel of a very light and big environment , 150 meters of the sea, and the beach Montoya,split into in 3 levels, with garden, indoor & outdoor dining, cochera for 2 vehicle , great location in the forest and beautiful views, close to all restaurants and nightlife.
