Tierra del Sol Villa is a big house on top of the hill "Cerro de los burros', 800 meters from the sea beach in front of quiet, with few waves, bay of Playa Verde, Piriapolis.

This is a place with a lot of vegetation, with beautiful sea view and sunset. It is the center of Piriapolis 5min, 25min from the center of Punta del Este and Montevideo 60min.

Located in the resort of Playa Verde, this house is unique in the region, designed and equipped for two families or groups of friends up to 12 people, with private and common spaces designed for several activities at the same time. You can enjoy a barbecue while the kids play in the pool with a waterfall and take the opportunity to read any other book on the terrace overlooking the sea. Those who prefer to enjoy a movie or meditation can be reassured on the third floor of the house with beautiful view where they won't be disturbed.

The second floor has the LCD TV 29 ', DVD and piano to enjoy with your group of friends.Each room has minibar, TV, DVD, Satellite, air conditioning and a designed atmosphere so you can relax and enjoy this paradise in the middle of the mountains. This is a safe and quiet place, with total privacy. The water from the artesian well is of excellent quality, with pressure pump and gas boiler that meets tranquillity with many people bathing at the same time. The property has a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, steam iron, vacuum cleaner and all the facilities you have in your home.

The kitchen of this house is designed as a closed connection with the barbecue that serves the development and integrated into another dining room with fireplace for you to enjoy the elaboration with your friends around the bar or sitting at the table that is set to enjoy the view.

There is parking spaces for 5 cars inside the property and 3 in the parking lot in front of the house, the street has no outlet and the place is very secure and bright.
