About the Shepherds Hut

A beautiful, secluded, self catering shepherds with ensuite bathroom, smart TV, electric heating, wifi, kitchenette with oven and integrated fridge set in it's own dog friendly garden with BBQ. Perfect for a quiet, private escape with the addition of a dog paddock next to the hut to exercise your dog with a small woodland area. It is ideally situated for the South Downs Way and its stunning countryside and is 20 minutes from the coast and beaches. It is surrounded by many picturesque villages such as Petworth with its abundance of antique shops, Arundel with it's Castle and fine restaurants, and Midhurst which boasts Cowdray Park polo. As well as providing a warm cosy environment in which to stay, you can also enjoy some of the modern features we have all come to expect, heating and on demand hot water.. There is also a fully fitted en-suite shower room. Outside you will find the private garden which has a comfortable rattan garden suite and gas barbecue.

A mile down the road is Charlie's farm shop which stocks all their own produce and a selection of wines and just 3 miles up the road the local supermarkets.

There is wifi in the hut enabling you to watch television on your own personal media devices and we also supply a DVD player with a selection of DVDs.

The Shepherds Hut is also ideally situated for easy access to Goodwood for The Revival and Festival of Speed and also the horse racing, being just 12.5 miles away.

Please note: we also have available the Thatched Cottage annex, this sleeps two people in luxury and is only 40 metres from the Shepherds Hut. The annex is also listed on Holiday Lettings.
