The Sardinia region
Sardinia is famous all over the world for his wonderful beaches and sea.
The weather is very hot from June to September (25° - 40°); in the other periods the temperature goes from 15° to 20/25° and also in winter it never goes under 10°.
Pula Sardinia / Pinus Village area
Pinus Village is a locality of Santa Margherita di Pula, one of the most fascinating parts of the island's southern coast: beautiful beaches and bays of limpid water stretching as far as Capo Teulada offer enthralling scenery to lovers of the wild and unspoiled landscape of Sardinia.
Thanks to the peculiar microclimate of this region, unlike any other on the island and created by the neighbouring mountains, which block winds coming from the north, it is possible to play golf all year round. Alongside the beauty of its nature, the region boasts some remarkable historical and archaeological sites, such as the Phoenician-Punic and then Roman city of Nora (whose remains extend all the way to the sea and for some way beneath it) and the ancient Phoenician-Punic settlement of Bythia.

Fly to Elmas Airport, Cagliari (CAG) with cheap flights available from RyanAir, Volare, EasyJet, Tui. Ferries - servicing Sardinia: Grandi Navi Veloci (Porto Torres), Moby (Olbia), Sardinia Ferries (Cagliari), Tirrenia (Cagliari). Car hires at airport and at Cagliari port.

At the arrival a € 200 deposit will be asked and given back at the departure.
At the arrival the house will be free from 17:00 and at the departure the house must be made vacant at 10:00. For all arrivals after 20:00 an extra € 50 fee will be required.
Electrical energy, water and gas + bedlinen and bathroom towels cost € 20 per person per week.
Final house cleaning € 70.
