Villa on two dipped levels Located in the Mediterranean scrub of Santa Margherita di Pula between arbutus and myrtle for at least 15000 square meters of land, just a few metres from the most beautiful seaside resorts of the south-western coast of Sardinia, It's about 800 metres from the coves of Pinus Village (large beach or small beaches for 2 persons), 3.5 km from Forte Village Resort and only 4 km from the beaches of Chia. A fantastic mix between nature, sports and relax.
The villa has 3 large terraces with barbecue and sea view (You can enjoy excellent dinners). The garden is cared. The owner is able to give all information that you need and all assistance service and if you wish sports activities on the beach and barbecue party are available .
You can also ask the owner a hiking tour of 30 minutes to know right now, the most striking features of the area, the hidden coves of the south-western coast, and have all the information for unpaid parking, restaurants and pizzerias. It 'still scheduled delivery of material information regarding the area between Pula and Teulada. As for the extra services can be booked trips by kayak and mountain bike hire. This place is a typical Sardinian village with a beautiful panorama. This place is very quite and between Pula and Chia.
All most beautiful south west Sardinia beaches are around 7 km.

Riding
In Sardinia, the breeding of the horse has a long tradition. We can help with booking riding lessons at all levels. During the summer you can participate in horseback riding, which stretches along the ancient paths near the sea at Pula and Chia.
Trekking and Mountain Bike
Our house is situated between the mountains of Is and Is Molas Cannoneris. If required you can have useful information and rent mountain bikes.
Kayaking:
The stretch of coast that runs from the beach Bernardini (Santa Margherita di Pula) until Tuerredda (Teulada) and particularly suitable for this sport and we can provide all the necessary equipment.

The street to go to my house is very easy when you leave the airport you have to take the street to go to Pula (SS 195) at the km 42 exactly you have to turn right (the place is called Eden rock) and take the first street on the right (this is a country street)the first house that you see in this street is a white house and next to you'll see three green houses OK One of them is your holidays house.
