About the home

Magnificent contemporary villa with a breathtaking view on the sea, located on the top of a hill, accessible through its remote controlled gate, 100 m downstream of the villa.

This property faces the sea on the south side and the mountains on the north side and inspires peacefulness and relaxation. Situated few car minutes from the numerous idyllic white sandy beaches of the Sardinian south west coast (Google search: "spiagge di chia"), from the golf club Is Molas (27 holes) and from the shops and restaurants of the nice town of Pula.

The guests may have a car with driver at their disposal to reach the different beaches, golf club, shops and restaurants of Pula.

A housekeeper is daily at your disposal to clean your room, while a talented Italian chef (outstanding resource) can be at your disposal on request.

The interior is accurately furnished and decorated as well as the pool lobby with its 12 m x 5m infinity swimming pool. 6 Bathrooms.

Interior and exterior living room with comfortable sofas and lounge chairs - interior and exterior dining room, TV/sat plasma in interior living room and in each bedroom.

This villa sleeps 8 people: 4 double bedrooms (3 sea view and 1 mountain view, each with private bathroom and dressing). A fifth bedroom in separate area is assigned to the housekeeper. Air conditioning and wireless internet access in the whole house.

The Sardinia region

A charateristic of the Sardinian south west coast, precisely the coast that goes from Pula to Teulada, are its numerous idyllic white sand beaches, kissed by the intense perfumes of the rich mediterranean scrub. The Sulcis mountains, overlooking the beaches and inlets, create a micro-climate unique in the whole island. Therefore Winters are particularly mild and the south west coast is the ideal place for the people who do not like the cold weather and prefer spending their winters in quiet and pleasant places.
The exceptional transparence and the colours of the Sardinian sea make this island the paradise of the Mediterranean sea.

The Pula Sardinia / Santa Margherita area

Pula offers visitors not only nice shops, bars, pizzerias, restaurants and supermarkets but an array of gastronomic specialities: from the excellent sea food specialities to the ancient cooking traditions of the shepherds. Very closed to Pula is the Roman amphitheatre of Nora, that lies directly on the sea and is used for a music festival in summer.

“Great place” Beautiful property, very nice view, quiet. Very good location, close to beautiful beaches. A great place to spend holidays with friends or with family. The owners are very nice and helpful.
