Relax in beautiful antique Pula , in a relaxing enviroment of our apartments. Experience many of beautiful beaches in Pula; taste many delicious food and drinks, try prsut , truffles ,olive oil , medenicu, istrian wine.....
We are here to make your vacation the best in everyway we can. We don’t like bad surplices. It’s good to know that you go at place what you like, not expencive, where a car or a bike wait for you, internet, SAT, TV, DVD in climated apartman, that you know you need 15 min by foot to the centre or 25 min by foot to the our Arena ( Colosseum ), which a one of most popular all over the world.

To the first beach you have 3,5 km, but we recommended Kamenjak, place which a distanced 15 km from us and where are maked a beautiful photos of beaches.
DO NOT FORGET ONE THING...If there is anything you want to know, all you got to do is ASK!!!

The Istria region

Istria is the host of two most significant film festivals in the country, Motovun Film Festival held on Motovun's squares and streets, and Pula Film Festival at the Roman Amphitheatre (Arena), the largest stage in the open air. Arena is also the site of numerous concerts of the most popular world classic and pop music stars such as Sting, Zucchero, James Brown, Placido Domingo and others. All these manifestations are an excellent reason to visit Istria and to enjoy in its culture.
The main characteristics of the Mediterranean climate are dry and warm summers, with the average number if approximately 2.400 sunny hours a year. Winters are mild and pleasant, while it snows very rarely. The annual average of air temperatures along the northern part of the coast is about 14°C, while it is 16°C in the southern area and the islands. January is the coldest month with the average temperature mainly of about 6°C, and July and August are the warmest, with the average temperature of about 24°C.

Pula/Medulin / Pula area

Colosseum of Pula , the biggest and most well kept monument of antique buildings in Croatia was builded in I.century .B.C

Official name of the city was "Colonia Pietas Iulia Pola" and it had every function and building typical for Roman empire.The only purpose of this colosseum was for entertainment. Gladior fight were the most cultural happenings in the antique world. The Colosseum was builded outside the city walls , right to the main road called "Via Flavia" , its capacity was up do 25000 viewers.

Comparing it with more than 200 roman colosseums, colosseum of Pula is the most preserved and very rare example of unique technical sollutions.

Colosseums were covered with a "valerium". Its purpose was to protect viewers from the rain and the sun.
Nearby places such as Rovinj ( Red Island ), Medulin, Poreč, Umag ( ATP Tour ), Hum ( the smallest town on the world ) and other is good choice to spend part of your time there.

How to get there

You can get there by car, by sea, or by plane. Ryan Air going from Dublin and London to PULA three times a week .
Also for our guests we have own rent-a-car.

The part of garden is in front of each apartment. Barbecue i situated in especially small nice house. Parking is secured for three vehicles in closed parking place. Also, we have place for another four vehiclec. Exterior table and chairs are in front of each apartment.

We are helping for any of visitors interests such as sports, travelling, fitness centre, especially for lovers of table tennis. Owner is passionate lover of table tennis.

Apartments are equipped with towels and sheets.If the stay is arranged five or less days , towels and sheets will not going to be changed.In case the stay is longer than five days towels and sheets will be changed once or more depend how many days will be staying.

-STAY TAX IS 1 Euro/DAY for one person.

-GUEST REPORT IS 4 Euros/per person-ONE TIME FEE

-STAY TAX AND GUEST REPORT ARE NOT CALCULATED IN THE DAILY PRICE OF APARTMENTS

-Connection to the internet is charged 10 Euros/one week. If staying longer then one week internet is free.
