The apartment A2+2 is a small holiday hause for 2-4 persons situated on a family proprety in Vinkuran, a quite and geen residential area of Pula with a small fishermen's harbour. All cultural, sport and entertainment amenities are nearby.
Apartment facilities: one double bedroom, a sleeping sofa for 2 pers in the livingroom, kitchen, bathroom, big terrace, open-air kitchen with grill at the pool area in the garden, free Internet point, bike rentals, breakfast and half board service on request, a total family atmosphere. The Istria region
Istria was named after the Illyrian tribe of Histri. It is said that they came on these areas because of water, settling the regions from the Timava River to Mount Učka and the Raša River respectively. The custom of incineration appeared in 11th century BC and represents one of the typical characteristics of the culture of pre-historic tribe of Histri. From times immemorial, specially because of its strategic importance (the exit to the Mediterranean from Central Europe), numerous invaders tried to conquer Istria and thus left their traces not only throughout Europe, but throughout Istria as well. It can be said that all European history "walked" on the grounds of Istria through the contact of three European civilizations – Roman, German and Slavic.
Pula/Medulin / Vinkuran area
Isolated from the tourist crowds, just a few kilometers from the tourist centres, lies the fishing village Vinkuran. The private apartments above Vinkuran Bay and Soline Cave guarantee a pleasant and peaceful vacation. Vinkuran has a sheltered beach along pine trees. It is ideal for nature lovers who enjoy peace and quiet. There is a store, restaurant and caffé in the village. Vinkuran has always been famed for its stone. In ancient times stone blocks were taken from the quarry near Vinkuran - Cave Romane for the construction of Pula's Arena. Today, during the summer months an art colony for sculptors is held in the quarry.

Due to intensive business engagement in the high season (July and August) the check in/out is strictly on Saturdays. In the other periods the check in/out isn't fixed to a specific day. A one-night stay price is increased for 50%, a two-nights stay for 25% and the third night price is normal, like indicated.
Conditions
Pets are welcome. Please write it in your request for further agreements. For a booking confermation ad advance of 30% of the total cost is need to be sent on the bank account. The rest of the amount is payed on the arrival. Only bank transfers and cash payments are accepted.
