About the home

A large modern villa (built in 2009) overlooking the ocean and surrounded by jungle, enjoy amazing sunsets from your private infinity pool, under the palapa roof. The villa is within a gated community with 24 hour security.

The top floor includes private parking for 2 cars, entry patio with fountain, living area (for 12) and dining room (for 10), terrace with more sitting area and sunbeds, guest bathroom, infinity pool and large kitchen with all appliances. It has a LCD TV with sattelite and DVD, and music system with 6 speakers throughout the palapa.

The second floor includes a fountain patio and 3 very large bedrooms all with ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, terrace and ocean view (even from the shower). One of them has LCD TV with sattelite and DVD.

The house includes a cooker/cleaner that is available 24/7 at no extra cost, however the cost of food and beverage will be paid by the guests. The bottom floor has the staff quarters, equipment room and storage space.

The house accomodates 3 couples but in case of family groups with children, the rooms could include adittional beds to accomodate 8 guests in total (please see the rates chart).

Puerto Vallarta is the jewel of the Pacific coast, the only coastal destination in Mexico with an old town with cobblestoned streets, church, town plaza and a fantastic malecon. It is considered the second best city in Mexico for dining out (after Mexico City) and has many attractives like the mountain trips, scuba diving, whale watching, fishing, nightlife and shopping. Conchas Chinas is the "Beverly Hills" of Puerto Vallarta, with fantastic villas in the slope of the mountain over the ocean, the best views in the whole Pacific coast, and just 5 minutes from downtown Vallarta by car.

Puerto Vallarta international airport is just 25 minutes from the house, several rental car companies are available at the airport. A car is highly reccommended in order to travel around Puerto Vallarta´s bay and city, however, there are taxis available close to the house at good prices.

This rate includes accomodation, utilities (water, electricity and natural gas), and the use of all the features listed with the property, with no additional hidden costs.

Any food and beverage will be purchased by the client at its own cost.

50% of the rental cost will be charged at the time of reservation in order to confirm it, either via Paypal or Bank transfer. The balance will be charged 30 days before the entry date.

Cancellations are allowed at no cost if communicated at least 60 days before the entry date. There will be a penalty fee of 25% of the total cost if cancellation is communicated between 60 and 30 days before the entry date. The cancellation fee will be of 50% of the total cost if communicated less than 30 days before entry date.
