Clean, comfortable one bedroom apartment in a residential block opposite the beach at Playa de la Arena, just around the corner from Los Gigantes. Situated on the 5th floor with a south facing balcony and views to the beach and pool area. Adult and child pools, tennis court, outdoor squash court, pool table. A mix of English, Spanish and German residents and visitors enjoy time relaxing

The Tenerife region
Tenerife offers all year round sunshine with good temperatures. It has the best sunshine for a European winter break being only 4 hrs from the UK, and is an excellent ilocation n the summer with Atlantic breezes preventing the extremes of temperature experienced in other parts of Europe. Puerto Santiago / Playa de la Arena area
Tenerife for most people is a beach holiday but there is plenty of sporting activity around with tennis, squash, diving, snorkelling, boating, walking , golf and much more. There is a brand new sports centre within 5 minutes walk of the apartment with gym and indoor swimming pool. Excursions available from Play de la Arena include boat trip to find the dolphins, Mount Teide, Loro Parque which includes the spectacular Penguin World. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance.
How to get there
Fly to Tenerife South (TFS) try www.fly-4-less.com. The apartment is about 40 minutes from the airport. Either hire a car from the airport (www.autoreisen.es are by far the cheapest we have found and there are no parking restrictions at property) or book the mini bus through El Mar Services 0034 922 86599 (www.elmarservices.es) or take a taxi.

Further details indoors: The apartment contains everything you need for a comfortable stay including kitchen basics (salt, peper, oil, herbs etc). You will find a selection of CD's, DVD's and books for you enjoyment and information on things to do, trips to enjoy and the best restaurants. The 3rd bed, if required, is a good quality z-bed that folds away quickly and easily leaving the living area clear during the day. The feed back we have had from visitors has been excellent.
