Home description

The complex is maintained to a very high standard. The apartment is modern, light and airy, fronted by a double balcony with doors leading from both the lounge and bedroom. From here you have breathtaking views of the impressive cliffs of Los Gigantes and also of the sea.

The sunsets are absolutely amazing. The balconies have all year round sunshine and have wind out awnings should you want to cool off in the shade. The large pool area offer sunbeds and parasols.

There are two beaches in the area. Both safe for bathing and have a sandy beach.

The Tenerife region

Tenerife has a lovely temperate climate, normally not exceeding 30 degrees in the summer and not dropping below 23 degrees in the winter months.

There are lots of lovely mountain villages and walks with amazing scenery. Tenerife has a lot more to offer other than just beaches and sun.


Puerto Santiago / Los Gigantes area

All amenities are within 10 minutes walking distance of the apartment. Local shops and restaurants are within 3 minutes walk. The villages of Los Gigantes and Puerto Santiago have a multitude of fine restaurants, from family type to the more sophisticated.

There are a number of supermarkets offering fresh fish and seafood and have their own butcher and deli counters and of course mouthwatering freshly baked bread. Doctors and medical clinics are available 24 hours a day in case of emergencies.

The very spacious bedroom has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes, dressing table area, ample drawer space and is very nicely furnished. From here a Georgian style French door leads out to the balcony. This bedroom can accommodate a cot (by request).

The bathroom has both a bath and shower fitted with a glass enclosure. Fully tiled. Sliding window.

American style kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave etc.. Electric ceramic hob and oven. Granite work tops. Well supplied with dishes, glasses, pots, pans etc.

The well furnished lounge /dining room has double sliding Georgian style doors leading to the balcony. Along one wall is a white wall unit housing the TV, DVD, CD etc. There are two very comfortable settees. One which converts to a comfortable fully sprung double bed.

The double size balcony is furnished with a table and chairs for dining alfresco, and two comfortable sun loungers. Bathed in sunshine all year round. Wind out awnings to give you shade. Outside lighting. An idyllic setting.

All towels and linens are included. Pool towels are available from reception. There is a weekly maid service and should there be any problems for example with the fridge etc. a phone call to reception is all that is necessary and maintenance will attend.

The reception is centrally located and is manned by English speaking staff who will be delighted to assist you with information on the area. From here you can book tours of the island, hire a car or they will simply point you in the direction of the many good restaurants and supermarkets all within walking distance.

Further details outdoors:
Beautiful poolside. Large heated kidney shaped swimming pool, surrounded by comfortable loungers and tiki style umbrellas. Separate children's pool.

Also there is a lovely little coffee shop and shaded eating area. You can enjoy coffee, breakfast, light lunches, a cool beer or a chilled glass of wine. The complex is landscaped with palm trees and bright colourful planted areas.

Buses and taxis are nearby. Tennis courts and outdoor bowls are on-site. Equipment can be hired at reception. Pool towels are also available. Cots and high chairs can also be hired.


Conditions

Prices are for the apartment is UK pounds. Special rates can be arranged for long stays. A deposit of £150 is payable on booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks before departure.

Cancellation refunds:
up to 8 weeks - loss of deposit.
4/8 weeks - 50% of rate refunded
2/4 weeks - 25% of rate refunded
Less than 2 weeks - no refund

Last minute deals may be available at discounted rates.
