New (2007) 5* designer apartment with large dining and lounge terrace balcony, sea and sunset views overlooking the Island of La Gomera. Located in a premier position within an outstanding private development with pools and jacuzzi - just a few minutes from the sea front. All amenities, restaurants etc are within easy access.

Secure marble hall entrance to the development and direct lift access to the apartment.

The area has retained a local feel with cultural festivals and local cuisine whilst having premier facilities for the international tourist with award winning restaurants, blue flag beaches, mountain and coastal walks, deep sea fishing, whale and dolphin watching all within an area of outstanding natural beauty.

The Abama Golf course is within 15 minutes drive and a number other first class courses within 25/30 mins of the apartment.
