There is parking space in the street. There isn´t any problem to park in the street.

"It could be a lot better"
It is disappointing to have to write a negative review but it is only fair to other travellers. We have stayed in the Balcon many times but as our usual place took a long term booking for both of our trips. We duly booked this one instead. The main issue is the person Jesus who is incompetent. To get into the apt you have to phone him from the airport, on our 1st trip he said he did not know we were arriving!! (blame Iciar he says), but would meet us there. After waiting outside for 20 minutes he arrived from inside building gave us keys and said he would be back with more towels, suspicious. We know why the door was difficult to open, once in the flat had been rushed clean, strong smell of cleaner but we were there. Spartan furnishings, shower did not work and fridge was not functioning correctly. Jesus totally ignores any calls thereafter to his mobile, only by repeatedly contacting the owner, Iciar, did we get these resolved. The tv I eventually worked out myself. The balcony furniture very basic and poor quality. The outer door was partially repaired by Jesus again only by holding back payment from Iciar was this work done.
We were due back for the festival so despite our misgivings we went ahead as few alternatives available. iciar had assured us all was well and we would not pay until arrival. The usual farce with Jesus again, as said a total waste of space. Door had been repaired upto a point. The tv I managed to get working again myself. The furnishings had not changed at all.
Overall this could be as good as any other flat we have stayed in at the Balcon. Iciar does need to give it a facelift and update furnishings all round and it is fine. Also, as Iciar is an absentee landlord give keys, cleaning duties etc to one of the reliable maintenance firms in the town so you have a point of contact you can rely on.
Yes the pool is too cold as it is constantly cleaning clear water but a very clean complex all round.
We have changed Jesus into another person who is managing the apartment correctly. We have changed all the faults that you have found.Thank you very much for the information because we live in the peninsula but have been going to verify about what it informs us.

"Nice position but the apartment was of very poor quality"
We arrived on time at the apartments only for Jesus, the key holder to be late, stuck waiting outside , not a good start, we were shown to our room where all the washing from the last occupants was hanging all over the place.this was cleared up and taken away for ironing (we never saw it again)
On investigation the TV did not work, there was only one pillow case, and no change of bedding for later in the week. We mentioned this to Jesus, who said he would return later with additional bedding, not only did he not return he would not answer our texts or calls.
The Apartment whilst in a good position was very sparse and equipped with the cheapest and pooresof quality Ikea furniture. All the internal doors stuck, hard to close and open and overall the whole place looked very tired and in need of some serious upgrading (money spent on it) .
None of the remotes had working batteries, TV, Satellite receiver, DVD Player, Air conditioning so none of these were operable.
On the balcony, we found a very basic plastic table and chairs and only one sunbed (very strange) .
The pool itself was as cold as it could get and whilst the complex was very quiet (and clean) I only saw two people enter the pool for a few seconds, (I Guess they did not want to die of hypothermia)
Overall the experience was as near to 1 star as you could get and most certainly not worth 350 Euros, would we go back - Never!!
The upside, the owner Anton Iciar ( who resides in Spain) was pleasant and a good communicater, My advice to her would be to renew the furniture and send in the decorators, it could be a very nice apartment.
