The apartment is on the second floor of a unique housing development located on Acantilados de los Gigantesand forming part of the Balcón de Los Gigantes complex, which has been designed and built to the highest quality using the highest quality materials. All ameneties are fully installed and there are a variety of services available. In both phases there is a large swimming pool, a children's wading pool and a jacuzzi pool as well as communal sun loungers. Amenities in both phases are available to all. There are lifts to all floors but it is only a few stairs to the apartment. There are beaches nearby and basically everything you need is close at hand. This area is suitable for families or couples looking for a relaxing holiday away from the noisy areas of Las Americas and Los Christianos but with enough bars and restaurants for a thoroughly entertaining time. It is also ideal for sight-seeing, walking, boat trips and excursions and as a base to explore the island.

The Tenerife region

Puerto Santiago / Los Gigantes area
Puerto Santiago is between Los Gigantes and Playa de la Arena. It is a short walk to Los Gigantes and the cliffs and Play de la Arena which has a good beach. There are other small towns nearby: - Alcala has it's own ambience and has one of the best fiestas and fireworks displays in the world. San Juan is also worth a visit and again has it's own special qualities. Both are frequently visited by people from all over Spain. Most of the fiestas have a religious theme and there are many churches which hold masses in English at certain times of the day in all of the villages. The village and bay of Masca is a short ride from Los Gigantes either by boat or by road wither way get there and take a camera!
How to get there
Flights to Tenerife South (TFS) Reina Sofia Airport. Recommend JET2 for cheap flights from the UK at www.jet2.com. Puerto Santiago is approximately 40 minutes drive from the airport. Taxis and car hire are available from the airport. You may however prefer to book with 'El Mar' in Los Gigantes which is slightly cheaper.
