About the home

Luxury apartment tastefully furnished in a new complex on the southwest coast of the island with swimming pool, jacuzzi pool and children's pool. Large terrace with furniture.

The lounge offers a comfortable settee and arm chair, coffee table etc. It has all of the facilities you would expect inculding a selection of DVDs and is tastefully decorated. The patio doors here lead out on to the terrace.

It has two bedrooms, master bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom, guest bedroom with twin beds. Both tastefully decorated and colour coordinated and both lead out on to terrace.

En suite bathroom has bath and shower, guest bathroom shower only.

Fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons.

Nearest shops and bars/restaurants 2 minutes walk. Los Gigantes or Playa De La Arena 15 mins walk with marina, beaches, shops, bars and restaurants. Tourist information centre etc. Much sought after area with something for all ages. Local buses to Puerto de la Cruz and Las Americas.
