The Tenerife region

The Canary Islands are made up of 7 major islands, and 6 smaller ones on the Atlantic Coast. The north of the island has a lush, tropical plant life, whilst the south is a little drier.

There is so much to do on the island - not only are there wonderful sandy beaches, and plenty to do during the day - watersports, tennis, golf for example. If you step away from toursity places, you will find that the island has a rich cultural history. There are also bars and restaurants to suit all lifestyles and palates!
