As previously stated this complex has just recently opened and has been built to an incredibly high standard. Effectively built in two sections with each section having its own large pool, children’s pool, Jacuzzi and reception areas. There are lifts to all floors with secure access to the complex and a video phone entry system

Tenerife is a 4hr flight from the UK. With year round sunshine it makes an ideal location for a break anytime of the year. Tenerife has something for everyone - from spectacular mountain scenery to great beaches, from hill walking to scuba diving for the more adventurous.
Puerto Santiago / Los Gigantes area
Playa Arena, Puerto Santiago and Los Gigantes The Resorts These three resorts which for all intents and purposes run into one another are to the west of Tenerife and are much quieter than Las Americas or Los Cristianos. The area is ideally suited to couples or families of any age as there is a wide range of activities and all the bars and restaurants in the area being very family friendly. There are two superb beaches (black sand) at Playa Arena which holds an EU Blue Flag award and at Los Gigantes where there is also has an open air saltwater pool complex. Most of the activities take place along the marina in Los Gigantes. From here there is a selection of Whale and Dolphin safaris, Glass Bottom boat rides, Sailing, Jet Skies, Paracending and two Scuba Diving schools in the area. For those who prefer dry land there is a golf course and tennis courts nearby. As stated previously within these three resorts and within close proximity to the apartment there is a great range of quality restaurants, bars and cafés. Most of the bars however close by 1am to ensure the quieter image of the resort is maintained. Shopping is excellent throughout the area and there are two supermarkets and a shopping centre within five minutes walking distance of the complex
How to get there
Fly to Tenerife South. Apartment is 40mins by car or taxi. Taxi fare approximatley €45 car hire available at airport.

Bathroom Slightly smaller than the en-suite bathroom this contains a shower and toilet. Both bathrooms have large vanity units and are tiled throughout. Kitchen Thoroughly modern kitchen fitted with all modern appliances as follows. Fridge-freezer, washer-dryer, hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, extractor hood, iron and ironing board. Another feature is that the kitchen is able to open up into the breakfast bar and lounge area through a series of glass shutters Lounge Comfortable air conditioned lounge containing a double bed settee and sufficient seating for six people if required. There is a 32" LCD TV with BBC1&2, ITV1&4, Sky Sports 1&2 and Eurosport. Furthermore there is a DVD and Sony PS2. As per both bedrooms there is access to the terrace via the glass sliding doors.
Further details outdoors: Terrace Large terrace (20m²) features a six seat teak dining table and two sun-loungers. There is also a clothes dryer for beach towels etc. The terrace also offers great views into the pool area and across to Los Gigantes

Conditions
Due to the contruction of the railings in the balcony. The apartment may not be suitable for small children who are at the the "climb everything" stage.
