The property is ideal for couples or a small family group (up to 4). El Marques Palace has full usage of all the facilities of El Marques just across the road. These facilities include the sporting club which has TENNIS - SQUASH- GYM - SAUNA- RESTAURANT and a bar which offers live shows.
El Marques is a modern building which was completed in 2000. There are 64 apartments in this complex.
The apartment has satellite TV and therefore receives some English Channels.
The apartment has air-con throughout.

The Tenerife region
Tenerife is the largest of the Canary islands. In the south there is sunshine all year round. The north is cooler and damper, with lush foliage. In the centre is Mount Tiede and it's not unusual to have snow on its peak while the sun is splitting the stones in Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas! It is indeed an island of contrasts - but well worth the effort of exploring it.
Puerto Santiago / Los Gigantes area
Los Gigantes is famous for its beautiful Cliffs - Its well worth the walk up hill to El Mirador, a viewing area along with a small bar. The views from here are just superb. Los Gigantes has a lovely ambience to the area making it very popular for couples or families. There are ample restuaurants and bars and quite a few have some good evening entertainment.
The harbour is a lovely place to walk around and see the huge fish. These fish are protected hence no fishing allowed and hence why they are so large!!!!
Walking away from Los Gigantes you enter Puerto Santiago, this has a lovely promenade and like Los Gigantes has a beach. The beaches in this area all get the top awards for being clean and maintained. Puerto Santiago again has some lovely restaurants, worth trying the one on the beach.
A walk from Puerto Santiago brings you into Playa de La Arena, again restaurants and shops.
One can take many different boat trips from Los Gigantes to see the whales-dolphins etc... well worth a trip out to sea.
This area of Tenerife will apeal to those looking for a lovely atmosphere without being rowdy.

The bedroom has a double bed - bedside cabinets- fitted wardrobes - safe - TV - dressing table and patio doors to balcony- Air- Con There are two fold up beds for the extra guests.
Further details outdoors: The complex has two heated pools, one for adults and one for children. One has access to the facilites at El Marques just across the way. The balcony receives a lot of sun, hence sun awnings have been provided to keep you cool. There are two sunloungers and pads along with a patio set comprising of table and four chairs.
