About the home

Beautifully presented one bedroom house with stunning view over Amadores beach. Quiet location, shops within walking distance, one mile down hill to the beach. Outside terrace, allocated car parking space.

Modern house in a small private development of 24 built in 2003. Double bedroom and quality shower room on entrance level, downstairs to open plan living room with kitchen/dining area opening onto large outside terrace. Well furnished and fitted out for a comfortable stay for a week or a month! Shared pool, usually to yourself!

The Gran Canaria region

Most intriguing of the Canary Islands, with lovely beaches, rugged mountains, excellent walking or cycling, and scores of lovely villages tucked away just waiting to be discovered. Lovely climate, warm in winter, not too hot in Summer due to the ocean. Las Palmas is a bustling and vibrant city, about an hour away, with everything you could want including concerts at the Alfredo Kraus auditorium. Nearer to home is Puerto de Mogan, a sort of little Venice seaside town with lovely harbour front restaurants.

The Puerto Rico Resort / Amadores area

Puerto Rico is a very lively resort, but the noisy commercial centre is well away from this property! There are clubs and bars for those who like that sort of thing, and restaurants catering for all tastes - and pockets! Beach front eating is great at Amadores, or eat in on the terrace with a wonderful view.

“Peaceful apartment with lovely view” We stayed at Vista Golf 13 for a week in November and had a great holiday. The apartment is well equipped with plenty of storage space and has a great view from the balcony, overlooking the bay. The block is in a peaceful location although not far from local amenities. We had fabulous weather all week - 30 C - and spent most days relaxing on Amadores beach. Car hire is recommended due to the location and the only negative point is that access into the car park is very steep hence we tended to leave the car out on the road. We would recommend this apartment and intend to book again in the future.

Excellent location for a quiet and relaxed holiday.All furnishings to a very high standard and brilliant maps and ideas of places to go and things to see.Almost had the pool to ourselves the entire fortnight - excellent! Maz & Dave.

Perfect 1 bedroom Apartment for Puerto Rico. It is not located in the louder and lively main city centre, but positioned high up in the next valley. Views to beach and to the mountains north are stunning. Within easy walking distance of Europa Centre but away from late night noise.
Apartment cosy and clean Graeme & Eleanor.

The apartment was an excellent base for our first trip to Gran Canaria. The accommodation was spacious, clean and well stocked with plenty of towels and utensils. The views were fantastic and we would recommend this to our friends. Andrew.
