The apartment is located at the Puerto Feliz Apart hotel on the top floor of the lower block (3rd floor) and enjoys superb views over the whole of Puerto Rico.
The apartment can sleep up to 4 people with the use of a double bed settee in the living room. In the room there is Air Conditioning - DVD/CD - Satellite TV - Safety deposit facility - Iron - Kitchenette with cooking rings - Microwave - Kettle - Toaster - Coffee maker - Fridge – Pots, Pans cutlery, glasses etc everything you need to enjoy your stay. On arrival there will be a clean apartment including towels and bedding along with a welcome pack, it offers high standards of comfort.

The Gran Canaria region
The Canary Islands are situated 150 km off the coast of the Western Sahara in the Atlantic Ocean and consist of seven major islands, of which Gran Canaria is the third largest. While you can easily drive around the island of Gran Canaria in a day, there is a great deal to see and do.
The volcanic origins of the island have produced a stunning and varied landscape with many different climatic zones. There is everything from the hot desert-like dunes of Maspalomas to lush subtropical valleys, vast lakes and pine forests of the mountains.
This during the winter season can be covered with snow. On the coast there are sandy beaches and spectacular cliffs, hosting resorts large and small - or, if you prefer, remote and untouched. T
he island is dotted with archaeological sites which pre-date the arrival of the Spanish and the capital, Las Palmas is both an historic city and a bustling modern metropolis with excellent shopping.
Puerto Rico Resort area
Puerto Rico, in the south west of Gran Canaria and enjoys a superb climate with all year round sunshine typically 25to 35o C.
The town is built in a valley with quite steep sides. Most of the holiday apartments and complexes are located on the valley sides.
Thus the resort features lots of steps which lead from the centre of the town up to the valley sides. Fortunately the local bus and taxi services are very cheap and efficient so climbing the steps is not essential. At night the resort's two main centres come to life as the bars, restaurants and discotheques bustle with people out to have good time eating, drinking and dancing or seeing a show. If you are a sun lover you'll love Puerto Rico.
The resort has a sheltered central beach with golden sand situated between two harbours. There is also amadores beach which is a beautiful new man-made just a 10minute walk away. A huge variety of activities are available ranging from deep water game fishing to scuba diving and every kind of craft is available from water buses and glass bottomed boats to jet-skis and parasending. Just behind the beach there is a lido situated between the parks and gardens. Other attractions include tennis, squash, golf, mini-golf, bowling & a waterpark.

The transfer from the airport to the resort takes approximately 40 minutes. Transfers can be arranged from 30 Euros each way for a taxi or 10 Euros each way for a shuttle bus.
