About the home

With year long sunny weather our apartment is located just 5 minutes walk from the beach, and benefits from being close to the centre / bars / restaurants. A lot of the apartments in Puerto Rico are at the top of very big hill but our apartment is very close to the centre/bottom.

Our apartment has been fully renovated to a very high standard with a walk-in shower/ wet room. Nicely and comfortably furnished throughout, it caters for all your holiday needs. . New washing machine just been installed for your convenience. English TV- watch all your soaps - BBC1 - BBC2 - ITV - CHANNEL 4 -

This great apartment is in a 3 star aparthotel close to the bottom / centre of Puerto Rico, mini golf on site , massive out door pool as well as a children's pool, also there is an amusement arcade on site near the pool area to keep the kids amused, there is also an on site small gym.

For all your shopping needs they is a supermarket on site which sells everything you need plus daily newspapers. You can also access the internet in reception, 24 hour reception and security guard. Please note some facilities such as the restaurant may not be open during quiet periods.

The Gran Canaria region

Gran Canaria like many of the Canary Islands is a popular tourist destination for many people. Gran Canaria is the third largest Canary Island with a population of around 800,000 people and has more than 2 Million tourists a year. Like many of the Canary Island, Gran Canaria boasts good all year round weather making this a tourist destination any time of the year.

Gran Canaria is a volcanic Island and is about 50km in width, although small the island has a dry South with green pine forests of the Mountainous middle of the Island, it is not unusual for you to find snow on the peaks while.

Gran Canaria can offer something for everyone, whether it be night clubbing, water sports, walking or golfing you will find it on this Island.

The Puerto Rico Resort area

Puerto Rico is busy all-year-round, especially so in the winter months rather than the summer. All of the services the resort has to offer are there 12 months of the year, nothing closes for "off season" because here, there isn't an off season.

There's air-conditioned buses that travel from one shopping centre to another (there are three main centres here) every 45 minutes or so and cost around 60 cents per journey. A taxi fair for the same distance costs around €2.50 to €3.00

Puerto Rico is also known for the many water sports activities it is offering, ranging from water-skiing, sailing, diving, big game fishing and windsurfing to leisure excursions such as pleasure boat trips along the coast, dolphin watching cruises or a trip in a glass bottom boat to discover the world under the water surface. Other ‘off-beach’ attractions include golf courses, a water park featuring all kinds of entertainment for young and old and an attractive shopping centre nearby.

We had a great time…excellent facilities and weather…could’nt fault anything,when we had the problem with the leaky tap it was fixed within the morning..very efficient !!
All in all we had a fabulous time....would also like to recommend the poolside bar,ate there everyday.cheeseburgers are amazing…..

We really enjoyed our holiday in Gran Can, if anything the weather was too hot but your air-con sorted that problem out as it meant we could sleep at night. Great communication from yourselves. The room was spot on nice and clean with everything you might need/want in the room. The only thing I would comment on is it would be better to have more payment options. Other than that it was great.

When we arrived the receptionist was very helpful and showed us to our apartment, the apartment was lovely and clean, the bedding was fresh (like white bedding). The fact you have BBC 1, BBC2, ITV and Channel 4 was extremely welcome, made a change from watching same news channel over and over again for 2 weeks like in other apartments we have stayed. Over all we really enjoyed our stay at your apartment and would be looking to book again at the end of the year.

The apartment was very well furnished. The pool area was lovely – plenty of sunbeds with cushions and a great view. The restaurant attached to the complex had a great variety of lovely food at good prices. Overall a lovely apartment and would definitely stay here again if visiting Puerto Rico.
