Our apartments are not on the top of the hill saving on taxis fares & queues. We have lived and have been renting our apartments here in Puerto Rico for 13 years. We own & Manage several studios and one & two bedroom apartments and can cater for families and groups (That is why the availability calendar is not updated). This is a small friendly complex of private studio & one bedroom apartments all overlooking a quiet relaxing pool on the west sunny side of the valley, The best side of the valley for all year, all day sunshine by the pool especially in the winter. months. Available for booking all year round good clean accommodation at affordable prices.
Great for a relaxing holiday.

This complex is in such a demanding position and due to the excellent, central location on the lower level of the valley of Puerto Rico our visitors return year after year and because of their location these properties get booked up very quickly.
We have already taken many bookings for next year so dont be dissapointed (Very few steps or hills to our apartments) so saving on taxi fares. No transport required for this location but if hiring a car there is parking in the stree outside.
Close by is a large supermarket with a good variety of items.

In a quiet central location an ideal position for access to all amenities for the beach, marinas, centre, bars, restaurants, shops and nightlife, just 5-7 minutes walk away. ( BUT NOT TOO CLOSE TO THE CENTRE & NIGHT LIFE FOR COMFORT). to spoil a good nights sleep after a days sunbathing and an evenings partying.
We cater for 1 -3 adults in our one bedroomed apartments. The additional people are accommodated on a double sofabed. We dont believe in over crowding as it will spoil your holiday.

Our aim is to make your holiday as comfortable as possible. Ideal for couples & families who want a relaxing holiday.
Sorry we do not cater for groups of under 21 years. but we can accommodate couples of all ages..

The properties are one bedroom apartments with twin beds which can be pushed together to make a double if required and a fitted wardrobe. A weekly change of sheets & towels at no extra cost. Changed more frequently if requested at a small charge.

The modernly furnished apartments have many extras to make your holiday home from home. The living areas have a sofa bed for a third person , TV/DVD/CD player and a book library.
This leads onto a furnished balcony which overlooks the quiet relaxing swimming pool area where you will find sunbeds to relax on.

There is a fully fitted kitchen consisting of microwave, kettle, hob, toaster, iron/board, fridge/freezer, pots, pans cutlery and glasses etc everything required for a comfortable self catering holiday.

A modern fitted bathroom, hairdryer and weekly change of towels are included.

The apartments should be vacated by 10.30am on day of departure. if possible it can be rented for the day for a small charge. If this is not possible we may be able to store your luggage if transfers are with ourselves..

All nationalities are very welcome to our apartments.

We are on 24 hour call should you require our assistance in an emergency.

All our apartments have metal security gates fitted for your security and peace of mind.

If our properties are booked we can allocate similar properties on this complex which may not be illustrated..

The Gran Canaria region

Gran Canaria is one of the the largest of the 7 canary islands which are famous for their all year round sunshine 50 weeks of the year,.The world health organisation classes it as one of the best climetes in the world. A tropical paradise just 130 miles off the African coast.

Why go long haul when it is all right here, a tropical paradise just 4 hours flight from the UK, guaranteed sunshine 50 weeks of the year. No hazzarss such as humidity, mosquitoes, tornadoes or hurricanes etc.

The capital is Las Palmas a large, bustling, vibrant city which was the first holiday resort in Gran Canaria with its very large marina and one of the largest ports where cargo ships and passenger cruisers sail into.
The famous Court Ingles department store can be found here as well as the cathedral and historic museum of Christopher Columbus and many small winding, interesting streets with their old Canarian architecture.

Visit the interior North of the island where most of the farms and quaint villiages can be found with its lush green interior and the spectacular mountains, valleys and lakes. Here you will find farms where they produce Canarian tomatoes and bananas and other fruits and vedgetables. The weather in the north is a lot different tfrom the South.
The temeratures for the island are always monitored at Las Plamas airport in the South and can be raining there but as you venture South the temperatures rise.

Puerto Rico Resort area

Puerto Rico is in the South of the island sheltered from the prevailing winds the only resort with beautiful golden sandy beaches and an abundance of excursions and activities from its 2 marinas which lie each side of the lovely golden sandy beach. You will find a lovely man made coastal walkway along the cliff edge from Puerto Escala. Approx 15 minute walk will bring you to the very quiet resort of Amadores beach which is made from fine white coral with its many restaurants outlining the beach.
In Puerto Rico itself there are many duty free shops at remarkably low prices selling spirits, perfumes and electrical goods and many cosmopolitan restaurants Spanish, chinese, italian, Indian also take aways something for every taste and nationality at remarkably low prices.
The many bars, nightclubs and discos have live music, quizzes and karaoki and dancing competing in prices you can pay as little as 90 cents for a pint of beer. Something for all ages.

You will find an abundance of excursions from the two marinas in Puerto Rico like you will find on no other part of the island.Glass bottom & dolphin search boats, Sport fishing fpr the Ble Marlin, Sailing, Pirate ship. fun boats and activities such as Scuba diving, swimming, snorkelling, parascending, jetskis, speed boats, beach fishing, wind surfing and many many more or just chill out on one of the beautiful golden sandy beaches where you will find a variety of beach bars and restaurants where you can sip a cold beer, enjoy a snack or a refreshing ice cream.or just take stroll around the many gift shops. There are also many land excursions you can visit the fantastic mountains by jeep or camel safaris, visit the aqua parks, Palmitos park, Crocodillo park. The wild west show at Soux city with barbeque and free drinks. the casinos and live cabaret shows not forgetting the water parks. Too many to mention.
For the energetic there are gyms, tennis courts, squash courts and mini golf. There isrambling walking with qualified guides into the mountains and mountain biking.

There is also a ferry boat which sails between the small fishing villiage of Arguineguin where the local fishing boats sail from in the evening and bring in their catch of sardines, bonitos and other variety of fish.
Here are many tappas bars, good fish restaurants, shops and the Tuesday market. (dont forget to barter)
The ferry boat then sails onto Puerto Rico and then Puerto de Mogan which is christened "little Venice" a quiet fishing villiage where most places are closed by 23.30hrs.With a marina abound with bourganvillia and small bridges great for a day trip to the market on Mondays & Fridays.

If you are a golfer then you have a good choice of 8 venues. The closest are Salobre golf & Anfi Tauro golf which are 10 minute drive. Also Maspalomas the largest of the three just 15 minutes from Puerto Rico.

From Uk just 4 hours flight then motorway GC1 all the way to Puerto Rico approx 35 mins drive.commercial Taxi fares are normally 54 - 60 euros for day flights. Or we can arrange transfers for our guests from the airport if required at a competitive rate.

There is a nice relaxing pool with sunbeds. Also there is a handy supermarket and public transport close by.

The complex situated 5 -7 minutes walk to the centre. Not too close to the centre to keep you awake if an early night is required after a hard day of sightseeing, and sunbathing..

Just accross the road is an aparthotel where you will find evening entertainment, pool bar and a small supermarket.
Also washing machine facilities.

Back in cold miserable Britain.
We had a great time and the large aparthotel accross the road was great for evening entertainment as Joyce finds it hard to get about these days. Also the handy supermarket not too far to walk to the town & beach this time. Stayed up past the aqua park near the motorway viadust last time what a walk to the centre and noisy from the motorway traffic. Too many steps I think I counted over 100
Will certainly be back have a great Christmas.
