The Gran Canaria region
Gran Canaria is best known for its good climate all year round. If you take a trip around the Island you will see some beautiful and astonishing places. There are plenty of beaches to choose from which offer a wide range of boat trips, water sports, pedalos and other activities. Taking a trip out to Mogan by boat is something not to be missed, the place itself is very tranquil and beautiful, and the market is every Friday. Las Palmas is Spains seventh largest city, there is somthing for everyone here, shopping, museums, catherdrals, and of course Las Canteras Beach which is great for the waves.
Puerto Rico Resort / Amadores area
Puerto Rico is situated in the South of Gran Canaria, this is where the weather tends to be warmer, with the beautiful beaches it has to offer your really spoilt for choice! Amadores Apartments are situated in a quiet resort only 5 minutes walk to the Europa centre, where you will find plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. Here also you will find crazy golf and a venue full of different shows to view. Puerto Rico has alot to offer with a waterpark, plenty of supermarkets and bars, hairdressers and beauticians, bars, clubs and plenty of transport to get you around the Island. There is something here for everyone
